Spacious Family Room & Nice Host”

We travelled around Vietnam in Dec17. By the time we arrived in Hoi An, we've been to Saigon & Nha Trang. Due to the travel schedule, we arrived in each city in early morning. The host of Ngo House Villa let us in the room straight away (7am), rather than asking us to wait until 2pm check-in time. Her kindness allowed us to recover from overnight transport, and tour around Hoi An later on the day energetically. Ngo is also in a very convenient location, near by Hoi An ancient town & the night market. The family room we stayed is very spacious. It has 2 large beds, a sitting area, and a beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed our stay at Ngo, thank you!

Nice clean villa”

We stayed at Ngo House Villa in Feb 2019. Staff are very young (like teenager :-)) but they were very nice. Everything you request or have issues, they would look into it right away. Breakfast has about 4 or 5 different options and you would tell them what you wanted for each day. You can rent a bicycle to explore the town or area around. The villa is very close to the night market (small one). You can walk to a Catholic church too. Hoi An old town is about less than 10 min walk. I only stayed in the Villa one, not the Ngo House 2 across the street where you have breakfast in the morning. I recommend this villa.

Convenient and quiet location, clean room and awesome breakfast”

Stayed 2 nights here and did not disappoint! Not to be confused with NGO house homestay, which is located across the street. We were greeted by friendly staff who briefed us on the geography of Hoi An and even gave us some helpful travel tips. The staff also managed to help us book a local tour to Marble Mountains the day before for a good rate too! Room was spacious and clean, however there was no elevators. We were given breakfast options the day before and the Cao Lao and Mi Quang (both Hoi An local dishes) did not disappoint! Must try! All in all, it was a good and memorable stay!

Most recommended homestay venue ”

Perfect location for night market food and food hunting e.g. Mango Mango place,central market and no tourist's busses/group passing that streets. Even the neighbouring grocery stores' keepers are friendly... We were surprised with d deluxe upgrade due to room availability and breakfast prepared by the NGO staff is so delicious with various variety (Cao Lau Hoi An noodles is highly recommended) airport pickup and bike renting arrangement is all pre-arranged by the staffs, we had a really pleasant trips there ..definitely will come back again

Good value for the money”

The House Villa is located a few minutes walking from the Old Town. Perfect location to stroll through the city. Staff was helpful and very keen to help us. Definitely recommend NGO House Villa.

Friendly staff, great location!”

The woman who runs the place is awesome and very kind and helpful. The breakfast is huge! Great to keep you nice and full for your day’s adventures. My room was great and there’s bikes for hire (1USD a day). The pool is also great. Special shout out to the young man at Ngo House Homestay for being very attentive!

Great place at a reasonable price.”

Reasonably priced and at walking distance from everything you might want to see in Hoi An. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you'd need in Hoi An. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even changed our rental motorcycle to a better one when we wanted to visit Son Tra.

Absolutely no complaints”

We had a lovely stay at NGO! For only a little bit extra money than some more budget guesthouses you can get a lovely modern hotel room here. The room was super clean and made up fresh everyday with replacement how is, etc. There was a pool to use which was great and also the breakfast was fantastic. All this plus lovely staff and reasonable price equals a fantastic stay!

Exceptional”

I loved this hotel from the friendly and helpful staff to room and amenities. The breakfast was very good with a personal touch. The bed was super big and comfortable. They even coordinated my trip to the airport for much cheaper than Grab or a taxi. I can't recommend this place enough. The next time in Hoi An I will stay here again.

Amazing stay in Hoi An, feels like home!”

The small family-run hotel has the benefit of interacting with the staff. The manager Loan is always accomodating and helped us plan our days in Hoi An. The place is very conveniently located close to ancient town, we are able to go back many times in one day as the short walk allows us to take quick rests or to just recharge our batteries or our wallet :)

Perfectly luxurious in Hoi An”

Easily the most beautiful place we stayed in Vietnam, very modern, crisp and clean accommodations while still being perfectly comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn't be better on An Hoi island, about a one minute walk to the night market and a huge selection of great restaurants, and maybe another minute to the main drag of bars and lanterns and bridges and magic. Red Gecko and Pause were our two favorite restaurants. Very helpful family running the place, good english for recommendations and booking tours and helping with this or that. Oh and there's a great little pool as well. The balcony has really nice views of the city as well. Would recommend very highly to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about this place. A great location for a short walk into the old town and night market ( 2 minutes). The room was very clean room, nice and comfortable. The staff really nice. Although you have to choice your breakfast when you are check in but the breakfast is really very good. My Quang (QUANG noodles) is maked by the NGO staff is so delicious, I think it's better than My Quang Ba Mua in Da Nang.

Lovley Stay at NGO Villa!”

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff is really friendly and kind, rooms are clean and breakfast is really nice( you can order between 5 brekkies the day before). Really recommend it to everyone who needs a central stay at Hoi an, but not too loud

Location, fabulous staff”

Location is great, on a quiet street within a 3 minute walk to all the excitement of Hoi An. The staff is fabulous, friendly and helpful. The homestay is clean with comfortable beds.

A Wondferful Hotel Experience”

5 nights in January 2019. At his is a lovely hotel in a Great location. I was a little apprehensive when the manager couple had to leave because Loan was to deliver her 1st child, a girl it turns out. The other staff led by Me Minh just did a superb job. I especially liked using their bicycles for rides to the other islands, this was wonderful biking and walking area. My room, 202, had a small but very nice balcony.

Nice hotel, nice staff, value for money”

Nice hotel in Hoi An. Only 5 minutes walk to the river, 3 minutes walk to walking street. Staff are friendly and ready to help you.

Great location”

Great price/value point for this area. A few minutes walk to many cafes and the main sites of Hoi An. Breakfast is good, main staff are very good at running this facility, it’s only a few years old so everything works and it is clean. I enjoyed my time there.
