Above average”

No check in details provided. Called numerous times after 3pm to get check in details but went to voice mail. Finally received the check in details but access card not in mailbox. Was asked to wait for previous guest to return the card. Waited for close to half an hour for the access card and by the time checked in, it was already 5pm. Worst ever experience. So exhausted after my long trip to KL and have to wait until 5pm to check in when it should have been 3pm.
