Good location and nice facilities!”

It's difficult to find such a nice and clean place to stay in Haad Rin. It's a backpacker's wasteland with hostels everywhere but Neptune's Villa is a nice, clean, hotel/villa style place to stay if you want some comfort for the full moon party. I stayed in the dorms they have and they seemed brand new. The service was great. The breakfast in the morning was surprising big and elaborate for a buffet in Haad Rin. I definitely recommend it. The other selections for lunch and dinner aren't the best in the area though. Neptune's has probably the best pool in the area. It's a nice long infinity pool and it's always kept in pristine condition.

Good for Koh phangan ”

Place was nice, room was clean, we stayed on the fifth floor however there were no lifts which pretty well sucked in the heat, the facilities are quite old in this place like the aircon wasn't the greatest but worked well enough and the fridge would freeze our things, but overall it was okay, nothing uncomfortable, the place is located about a 10 minute walk to the full moon party and 5 mins from one of the piers where the boat stops at for Koh Samui , one problem in Koh phangan is the taxis at night will drop u at the bottom of haad rin, so we had to walk up a few decent hills with our suitcases and then climb the five stair cases as well, this happened after the jungle party as well, which is not the hotels fault but good to know before you get there, this will be the case at all hotels I would guess , maybe Google map the place before u leave, the taxis drop u off in front of a police station in haad rin, it took us a few locals before one could give us the right directions All in all a decent place to stay in Koh phangan, I would stay there again

Clean & comfortable room”

We spent 4 nights 5 days at the hotel. The room we had booked is good, clean and well quiet. I was quite impressive that only some steps away from our room is a beach where we can rest and get some nice fresh air. But what you need is the mosquito-repellent. The hotel is located in a good location where is not far from the full moon party area or even local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, tour counters and diving shops around there. The swimming pool is great. Only one thing to advise is please provide some cloth hangers in the room. The room price is reasonable. Totally we were happy and satisfied during our stay at Neptune's Villa Hotel.

Fantastic and Friendly”

This hotel is located 10 mins walk from the Haad Rin beach where the full moon parties are held, though we visited during a quiet period. There are several room types, including stand-alone bungalows, in a garden setting, all a good size, comfortable and with good facilities. The property is right on the beach and there are chairs there to watch the sunset. There is a huge pool (and a new block of units) across the road. The best thing about Neptunes is the super-friendly staff who just couldn't do enough to help. Really great value for money.

Quiet but close to Haad Rin”

I stayed here for 1 night before moving to a different part of the island and it was perfect. Set away from the more crowded parts of Haad Rin, but well within walking distance of the action. Very nice swimming pool (closes at 6pm) and access to a small stretch of beach on the sunset side of the island. At the restaurant, I had the fried spring tools and they were good, with shrimp, glass noodles, and shredded carrots and cabbage and a sweet & spicy dipping sauce. Breakfast omelette was good, too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was a basic bungalow with a/c, very comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Nicely run hotel on the quiet side of haad rin”

We would definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed in an ocean-view bungalow (it's not 5-star, obviously, but a really good value, considering you have a balcony overlooking the water and you can see the sun set from the room if you get one that's closer to the ocean). Comfy beds that were not very hard, and the room was clean. The pool was beautifully designed and well-taken care of. We had smoothies and coffees delivered to the room every morning and enjoyed them on the balcony - bliss! Downside is the beach is not really great here - kind of narrow and a lot of natural debris washed up there. We did see people swimming here, but it's best to walk or rent a scooter and get yourself over to the main beach on the east side of haad rin. We ended up switching to another hotel right on the main beach (bayshore hotel), for more money, because we wanted to be closer to the main beach... but we'd definitely recommend staying here as well! Also some of the best restaurants in haad rin are located very close to this hotel - "The Lucky Crab" has great thai food and a ridiculously huge menu of ALL kinds of cuisines, "Monalisa Pizzeria" has amazing - yes, amazing, magical pizza and Italian food... must try!!

Comfortable and convenient”

it was good. it really was like what they said, its a walking distance towards the fullmoon party, but far enough to have a good night's sleep. in comparison to the other hotels around haad rin, i think Neptune's is the most classy one. :D others are quite dodgy.

Great location. Good value for money. ”

We had a great stay at Neptune's. The location is really good. Only a 5-10 min walk to the main Haad Rin beach. And yet quite enough to be peaceful. The only thing I found a bit disturbing was the bathroom. They can be improved for sure. The water heater was a bit tricky to operate and no one bothered to explain how to use it. No soaps or hand wash were given.

Great quiet spot away from Chaos of Full Moon Party Great Pool”

We got a Ocean Front villa, which was relatively quiet considering we were there during the full moon party. Its only a short 10 minute walk to the chaos of Had Rin Beach. The Staff was friendly, and the room was new and clean. The Free breakfast included was average, but they did make a special request for me for some traditional Thai JoK(rice porridge with garlic) Its not the cheapest around, but if you want some peace and quiet its worth it.

Great hotel and location”

Enjoyed Koh Phangan the hotel was located a few hundred metres from the ferry terminal and not far from all the good bars and restaurants. Not a noisy hotel so pleasant place to stay.

I stay at the hotel around 3 nights ( fullmoon party @Nov 2016 ) With dorm type 10 beds is clean and new I really love this hotel coz all staff so cute they helpful/kindly/friendly Make me feel like I'm talking with close friend and Hotel so close fullmoon party you can walk to the party by yourself (No need taxi) and they have Neon color before party for paint your body and face (No need to pay ) Thank you for your help I never review hotel ever stay this's first of me coz I need to shared good thing ever i been there #my english was bad #hope you understand me #พักที่นี่ดีต่อใจ

Good hotel in town”

neptunes villa is a good option for haad rin. although it is nothing too special, it is clean, quiet and has a great pool. it is a bit out of the centre of town so it's not noisy but still close enough so you can easily walk.

Rather pricy but good location for Fullmoon party”

The place is big, expensive but very close to anything you might want to to in Haad Rin. The pool is great and staff pretty helpful and friendly. Also the beds aren't as hard as many others in Thailand!

Very good for price ”

Compared to other islands around thailand this hotel is amazing for the price where do i start. The staff were very nice and very very helpfull with anything we needed. The pool area was amazing , beautiful . Could do with more sun loungers. Restraunt was pretty poor for dinner and for breakfast. They have no clue how to cook western food properly. The room was very very big with pool view. It was nice and clean. The location was good also close to shops 24hour food joints. Bugs were an issue but not due to the hotel, there was just a lot of mozzys in this area and as soon as you open your door they try to come in so it can be a tad annoying

Friendly, casual service and reasonable room”

Check-in was prompt and friendly - the guys who operate the counter are nice. When I lay down, I noticed that you would occasionally encounter a single ant in the room; my understanding is that this is fairly common in bungalows on Koh Phagnan Laundry is very competitively priced, but you needed to drop it off and collect it at the reception. Did not eat breakfast because I always slept in, so disregard my rating regarding food.

A very pleasant, effiiciently run hotel.”

This is a well run, decent hotel. It is somewhat no-frills, though this suits the location, which tends to attract a younger crowd, being essentially in the half/full moon party district. Although merely 5 mins from Haad Rin beach, it is not noisy, and from my terrace all I could hear was the sound of the waves & the palm trees in the wind. It had free and very effective wifi. The major disadvantage is the grotty nature of its surroundings. The coast immediately closest to it - Sunset beach - is sadly full of old litter from the hordes of brat-packers the area attracts due to these cannibalistic moon parties. The little town on its door step, though it has many affordable shops & restaurants (some quite good), is also grotty & ramshackle. So if you're looking for an aesthetically pleasing location, this is not it, and you should consider the other coastal regions.

New Hotel”

This hotel is one of the newest hotel on the Island. Its located near to the beach and the room conditions is considered good, perhaps because it is a new hotel. Staff is friendly. And food is quite alright as well. Yes we would recommend this hotel. However we find that we could get a better deal by going straight to the hotel administration staff for a rate cheaper than online booking. And thats what we did when we extended the stay for another day which is significantly lower at only about baht instead of around baht.
