El Nido Beach Hotel
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"Booked this hotel because of the good reputations in the internet. Let me mention, that I had spent afterwards in other 3 hotels in El Nido. In the end, this was one of the best hotels. I wanted a room with wifi, ac and near the beach. That was exactly offered by the hotel. Pro: - Wifi worked perfectly in my room - the ac worked fine - is based directly at El Nido beach - nice terrace to sit with view at the beach / ocean - included breakfast was acceptable - nice and helpfully staff Contra: - no electricity from 6am to 2pm but this is a El Nido thing, but there are other hotels, which are running their own generator for the meantime - pricy generally the value for money for all hotels in El Nido is much(too) high - the beach is not spectacular as the water is not really clean, swimming is in my idea not recommended. Seda Lio

"Seda Lio Hotel is located on the Lio beach, El Nido. In my opinion it is the best beach, gorgeous place, you feel like in Paradise. The hotel is big, rooms large and modern with everything you need. Breakfast delicious, even dinner buffe is worth the price. Staff is nice, polite, always smiling and helpful. I would love to return to this place again. In El Nido I will stay only at Seda Lio Hotel."

El Nido COCO RESORT
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"El Nido Coco Resort is great, situated near Corong Corong beach, it's perfect for a stay in the slightly quieter (but nicer!) part of El Nido. Cottages were really spacious, beautifully decorated, and with your own private terrace where they'll happily serve your breakfast to! You can access Corong Corong beach in a couple of minutes, which is brilliant for boat trips. The resort is also right next to Le Plage, a french restaurant and bar that was our absolute favourite place in El Nido! Amazing food and a great location for watching the sunset. And only a 5 min trike ride from Las Cabanas beach, the best place to enjoy the incredible sunsets! The only improvements would be a little more variety at breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it."

Las Cabanas Beach Resort
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"I spend a wonderful 4 day stay in Las Cabanas Beach Resort. First the location: exceptional!! I would not be anywhere else in El Nido than there!! The most beautiful sunset in the island!! Amazing staff, very efficient and solution seekers. Vangie was exceptional, giving all kind of good advises to make our stay in The Philippines and in El Nido as smooth as possible. I am very grateful to Hazel for taking the trouble of organizing our transfer from the airport to El Nido and for proposing tours. The food was very good. Our room was a bit more expensive but because it was one the only one having AC. Anyway, don't have enough words to share my enthusiasm for having being in Las Cabanas Beach Resort Thank you for amazing stay and great memories from Palawan Isabelle "

Nacpan Beach Glamping
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"We stayed at Nacpan glamping for 4 nights and loved every minute. The tents are very spacious, close to bathroom amenities. We had breakfast and dinner included which was delicious. All staff were super friendly and helpful. There were also free activities such as the sunset sail boat and snorkelling. The only small downfall was the wifi, however it was good to disconnect for our time here. "

El Nido Reef Strand Resort
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"I find this resort perfect. It exceeded my expectations. Sunset view from the pool is stunning. Even the depth of the pool is perfect (for me). Food in their restaurant is fantastic. For a family-run resort, I find it professionally managed with a touch of personal interaction. Rose, one of the owners, is accommodating. Her cooking's flavorful. Love it. She steps up and personally handles the kitchen in the absence of other staffers. As it's a small and simple resort (but lovely, with great facilities), they may seem undermanned at times but the owners will readily step up and be of service to guests. As a matter of fact, I find the compactness of the resort (8-10 rooms) part of its charm. It lends an atmosphere of close privacy that's almost creates a feeling of exclusivity. It's relatively secluded from the rest of the town center. Walking distance through the residential area but you can avail of the resort shuttle (tricycle) service. Don't forget to contact them so you can be picked up from the outskirt of the central town proper so you won't need to walk. But you can of course opt to walk all the way and appreciate the neighborhood if you don't mind the dirt road. Price is on the high side, but fortunately, I didn't feel shortchanged. It's worth it. The room's HUGE, tidy, well-kept and new. Next time I'm here, I'll try and request getting a room by the pool directly facing the sunset. Yes, will definitely stay again here next time I visit El Nido. If budget is not much of a concern, it will be great to check in here for your entire El Nido stay. However, if you plan to have at least one entire day of relaxation in your room/resort, in between your adventures in El Nido, you might as well spend it by checking in for a day/night here. There's a good pool and the beach is also right in front of the resort. Lastly, the resort's own generator will ensure that you have power/AC/TV round the clock that you won't even realize that there's a routine/scheduled bla"

Dolarog Beach Resort
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"Fabulous little, secluded, family run resort about 5K outside of El Nido proper. The staff are amazing, the food is very good and the accommodations are roomy, yet spartan. If you want to get away from it all then this is ideal. A great spot for couples. But you will have to get used to no road access, a scheduled speedboat is available multiple times daily, or you can hike along the beach to various bars and restaurants within easy reach. However, no electricity until 6pm, which means no TV or minibar, but if this sounds appealing - and it does become so - then this is the spot for you. Great sightseeing options available with their own crew and every staff member has a smile to greet you. I will be coming back."

El Nido Viewdeck Cottages
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"We got a fan room. It was located on the upper side so we have to climb several steps. Thou we always reach our rooms panting, the view from our location was worth it. We enjoyed lazing in the veranda with a nice view of El Nido town and beach area. The room was clean with good working toilet and showers. Though breakfast was not included in our booking, we availed breakfast in their restaurant in our entire three days stay. The food was really good and affordable. What I don't like about Viewdeck Cottages? Insects! We couldn't enjoy the veranda at night because of insects. Good thing we were prepared with insect repellent lotions. Good thing also that the insects were not that many inside the room (we were careful not to open our doors often). Our room was also equipped with mosquito nets so we were still able to sleep comfortably. In our room, the wall/division to another room was not sound proof so we could hear all the conversations and noise of our neighbour. It is not a problem in detached cottages, I think. We just had an unpleasant experience in the island hopping tours we got through this hotel. Specifically the incompetent tour guides and not-so-good food. Anyway, there are so many tour companies in El Nido so will have a lot of other options if you don't book a tour through this hotel. Usually a hotel partners with one of the tour companies. Unfortunately, their partner (ClydeNike) was not that good. Overall, I highly recommend El Nido Viewdeck Cottages for guests who do not mind climbing the steps."

Mahogany Resort and Spa
El Nido,El Nido - View on map
"There's nothing to fault! The staff are so friendly it's amazing. The manager Joseph is simply the best hotel manager I have had the pleasure of meeting. There is nothing he won't do for your stay. We booked our tours through him and our 5 hour journey to Sabang. I don't think Mahogany can do without him. Yes the wifi is slow and at times simply dead...but it's also good to take a break from technology. The sunsets are stunning. The room was large, clean and modern. A lot of hotels only cater for 2 people when it comes to towels and glasses in the room irrespective of how many are paid for. But, Mahogany catered for the 3 that were booked and to me that's very import. They invited guests to their staff Xmas party which included an amazing amount of tasty food and free drinks. What hotel does this these days! There are Monty eating places to choose from along the beach. Breakfast is served at your huge patio table in the morning, you just order what you want the night before. El Nido proper is a short tricycle ride away. The beach isn't necessarily a swimming beach but Mahogany has a lovely pool. I would without a doubt stay here every time I come to El Nido. Thank you to ALL THE STAFF for an amazing experience!!!!"
