Almost have all basic facility inside the house. Not enough air cond. Only in Living hall & Master bedroom. No air cond in other 3 rooms.

Advice to renovate the house”
One of the room at upstairs, the floor tiles was taken off and covered with carpet. The shared bathroom floor was slippery and dirty. The rest of bathrooms are not equipped with water heater. Room at downstairs without aircond so if you sleep with window open then all the mosquitos comes in. My parents was bite the whole night and caught more than 30 mosquitos with blood.

The owner are helpful and friendly, anyway the unit not really able to stay for 12pax as what mentioned in the adv, because just only got 4 queen bed, not well keep, got free places roof leaking, and one room without air-conditional, not clean enough especially inside the toilet, and in the kitchen got cobweb, red ant.
