Cheap and simple. No frills place to stay in a great location. A close walk from the station and downtown.

Stay experience with Milling Hotel Group”
This time we chose to stay at Milling Hotel Mini 11 (II). It is located along the same street as Mini 19. Check-in is at Hotel Windsor. Total we had 2 different booking for consecutive 3 nights on the same room type. The front office manager is kind & friendly to helped us extend our room access cards without the need to check-out after the 1st night. The hotel comes with a communal lounge & kitchen. Do note that it does not come with pot & pans, cooking utensils and detergent. Microwave is available to heat up food & refrigerator to place your items which is rather convenient. It is a 5 mins walk to the central area where the shopping street & restaurants are. 2-3 supermarkets, however nearest 7-11 convenience store nearest will be at Odense station.

Basic, Clean and good location”
If you are looking for cheap and basic this is your place. Great location close to the train station and a short walk away from the centre of town. Not a great breakfast so if you want to save don't get breakfast at the hotel and instead get some good coffee outside.

Perfect location”
The hotel rooms are quite nice with comfortable, albeit very soft beds, and the location is very hard to beat if you want to stay in the city centre. Breakfast buffet was good :)

Mini but a good place to sleep in”
I needed nothing but a bed and a shower, so this hotel was a good choice. The room was very small but I didn’t come here to play tennis... Hard to find a parking place for the car, but after some driving around I found a spot around two corners, a 3-minute walk away.

It was great, just 5 mins walk into town, hotel is clean, and it was quite easy to walk to their sister hotel to drop off luggage for early checkins, just s few mins walk.

Clean but the twin bed too small for two people. One night stay in Odense is fine.

Very small room”
It can only check in after 1pm, however after 1pm the room was still not ready. Very very small room and it feels weird in the bathroom like the feeling stay on the train. It is just ok to have a sleep there, of course there is a public kitchen but seems not so clean.

Simple yet nice”
The location is in the middle of city....walking distance to the tourist destination.. Free coffee doesnt taste good..!!

Impersonal Service”
The only good thing about this place was that it was fairly close to the city center. We found dirt on our sheets, the toilet/bathroom combo was not great, and the service was non-existent. We did not see a soul while we were there. Not even the kitchen staff who was supposed to be serving the complimentary breakfast. There was a virtual check in person who was 3 bldgs away. It felt very impersonal and low grade.

Near train station.and downtown shopping street.No real staff providing service to you, only online service. Very small bed which is 80cm wide. Bad wifi signal in the room. However, the room is clean enough.

Very small hotel with no live receptionist”
When arriving to hotel I was looking for a place to park my car during check in. No parking spaces were found, so I had to park in public place few blocks away. At hotel there was no receptionist, instead I had to talk to the screen. The online receptionist did not found my reservation, so I had to walk nearby hotel where the receptionist actually was located. After that, I had to walk back to the hotel and talk again via screen. Even then things were not completely resolved, but at least I got the room key. There was an elevator but it went only to every second floor, so I had to walk very small stairs to a very small corridor, where the room was located. Room looked like a cabin in a boat, except boats usually have soap etc for guests. There is no restaurant or other services in hotel either. Stay away!

Satisfying”
This is one of those hotels where the receptionist attends you... from a sister hotel! And they do it thanks to a camera, a screen and a microphone. There is then a machine that delivers the room key (a magnetic card) and another machine to insert your credit card in case the room was not paid in advance. The receptionist -by the way- was very nice and helpful and, in fact, she was just sitting in the sister Hotel which is just 50 meters away from Ydes Hotel. Once I got the key, I went up the steep stairs (there is also an elevator) to the third floor where there was my single room. This was very small (ca. 6 sq.meters) but it was cosy, pleasant and very clean. There was a very comfortable bed, a small desk, 2 chairs, a flat screen TV, a narrow wardrobe, a safety box, a hairdryer and a kettle (but you have to bring the coffee or the tea bags). Everything was modern, and well maintained. With reference to the ensuite bathroom, this was spacious (ca. 4 sq. meters), very clean and with a nice window. The location is also a good one, as it is very central, very close to the Odense Central Railway Station (a 10 min. walk maximum) and very quiet and safe. From the hotel is very easy to reach on foot the different pedestrian streets where there are several good dinning options and bars(I recommend, f.ex., Froggys Cafe (Vestergade 68), Restaurant Djengis Khan (Overgade 24-26) or the Cafe Biografen (Brandts Passage 39-41)). With reference to the breakfast, this is served in the sister Hotel. The breakfast consists of rolls, white and rye bread, different kinds of yogurt, different kinds of jam, oatmeal, cornflakes, muesli, different kinds of cold meat and cheese, coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, fresh fruits and vegetables, scrambled eggs and bacon, and soft boiled eggs. Let me add as well that as a guest in the Ydes Hotel, you can get free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fruits at the restaurant in the sister Hotel. So I'd stay here again!
