Solid hotel. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Location is a little away, but not too far. Skipped the breakfast option and went out for my own. Good value for the price.

Our stay was very comfortable. Slept like a baby, aircon worked very well. Needed a motorcycle for a 15 day hire the staff had me pick from brochure and the bike was delivered to the hotel when asked. Will definitely stay again if back in chiangrai.

I picked 3 for food even though I didn't eat here because I couldn't find an option for "I have no idea". We were happy with this hotel. Not really convenient walking distance to anything but in 10 minutes you can have a scooter brought to the hotel.

Good value of money”

New spacious room ,clean, friendly and caring staff. We are family of 6, my parents are in their 60, my grandmother 92 and 3of us. Staff all willing to assist any request. Only thing they need to consider is to add a real chair or sofa in the room as there is nowhere we can sit except on the bed.

Amazing staff!!”

We decided to take a short side trip to Chiang Rai before our plans to celebrate Loy Krathong in Chiang Mai and we are so glad that we did! Such a beautiful city full of the friendliest, most accommodating people. Wherever we went, we were greeted with smiles and the people are very genuine and kind and the city is relaxed and has not been taken over by tourists. The location was a little trek away from the main part of town but we had rented a scooter from the lobby and had a great time exploring the city. The hotel is only 3 months old so everything is in working order and clean. Bed is very comfortable and the location is peaceful. The staff at the villa are amazing! My girlfriend left her purse in the lobby with no ID and a lot of money. We didn't realize that it was missing until the end of the day and when we were rushing out to retrace our steps we decided to stop and ask at the front desk and the very kind and friendly manager asked for a description and was so happy to return it to us. We were floored... literally, as my girlfriend had close to $500 in her purse! My apologies for the long review but I just had to share that story as we were so touched. The manager was the best, not just for her honesty but she was extremely personable, spoke great english, and was very helpful! :) We have already decided to come back to Chiang Rai and this is where we will always stay.

Nice and quite location”

I have a great experience while I stay there. The staff was nice and friendly, they helped me out with getting around town and also pointed out local events going on around town if I was interested in checking them out. They set me up with a driver that took me around sight seeing for the day of some local temple and other attractions in the area. I think the only thing negative is that the WiFi was not the best in my room, other than that all else is good

Clean and worth the money”

Was clean for a great price. About a 10 min walk from the night market. The Sunday Night market is only a few minutes away. The room was clean and very modern for a hotel in Chiang Rai. Would highly recommend

First timer here”

The room was big compared to other hotels we stayed. It has more mirrors compared to other hotels but we only sleep here for one night. No toothbrush, toothpaste and shoes provided. As we took songthew to come back, it is not too far from the night market. But driver need to call hotel for direction even when we show him the hotel namecard.

Great helpful staffs”

It was rather far from the happening places. The staffs cannot understand English well but they provide us Google translator to help us to communicate with them. Not easy to get taxi but easy to get a tuk tuk. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We requested extra pillow without any charges. Strongly recommended even it is not at the city

Good Location, price and great staff”

The Hotel was very modern, the staff were extremely professional and helpful. English was spoken. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The only problem I had, was that the TV had no English channels, which shouldn't be a problem when you are on holidays, but every so often you do like to watch some tv. I would still recommend this hotel

Perfect place for a family with kids. The room was very clean, comfortable. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast. My kids loved staying there. It is not in the center of the city but about 20 min walking to the main attractions.

Same as a 5 stars hôtel”

The hôtel is brand new. It could be a 5 stars hôtel. Room are big, Claen with all facilities. Staff is friendly. Not too far from city center (15 min Walking). Very quite Area. Small restaurant in front of the hôtel. For perfection, the hôtel could rent/provide bikes for the guests ( maybe in the future? ;-))

Promising but in part failed to deliver”

I would say my stay was average. This place has the potential to be so much more. Advertise cable Tv but no foreign tv channels at all, I was then patronised by a senior member of staff when I questioned this. One day my room was not cleaned and was told I had put do not disturb on door which I know is not the case. No caterng facilities it seems, breakfast is served but very thai styoe. No international breakfast available. The hotel is slightky remote and getting a taxi is tortuous, the hotel could do more to arrange a contract with local firm. That said for the price it represents decent value There are no maps of the city available!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a hotel for you. The room is fine, bathroom is only okay (got problem with water flow), bed is fine. It's great for travelers who doesn't expect much services from hotel. You got what you paid, so it's value for money.

Great position once you check area out”

Hotel accom was spacious and had a small balcony which we love. Tuk tuk or songtaew needed to get to city centre or long walk if have the time. River and the excellent 'Melt in your Mouth' restaurant nearby. Lots of small supermarkets and food options range from some food stalls, local restaurants, 99baht hotpot and the very good Freddies (western and local) all on same street as hotel. I would definitely stay again

Great stay in Chiang Rai”

The hotel must have been just built because everything was absolutely brand new. The room was clean, bed was comfy, wifi was great and it was absolutely amazing value for money. I had a scooter so it wasn’t a problem, but it is a little North of the city center, so you’ll have to walk a lot or keep getting tuktuks. The staff were very friendly but had limited English skills, plan to have a translator app. If you’re an independent traveler, this is a fantastic value find.
