Beautiful Sunset”

This place is perfect. You can rent one room in the villa which is very beautiful, has a private pool and room service. The decor is warm and lovely and it’s super safe and clean. We love the sunset view and seafood here. We spent 4 days to discover Phu Quoc island. This hotel just a minute walking distance away from the beach. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Small suggestion, the reception counter can consider to make it bigger and nicer. Thank you Sunset Sanato Resort & Spa team, we will definitely come again and recommend to family and friends.

WONDERFUL PLACE”

we chose Sunset Sanato for our holidays there in a villa 4 bedrooms. As the moment we got there, we could feel the friendly, kind and professional staff. They all keep smiling, tender... the villa was very big, full comfortable, clean. we noticed that, all the resort decoration is so nice with green and nature arrangement design. we love it and love them. We had 2 nice breakfast buffet, not too many choices but it's okie, taste good. Almost time of our holidays, we fully enjoyed together. awesome beach, gorgeous accommodation, professional services, that's what we had and felt there. As the day we checked out, had a problem with our luggage, but they checked and tried all their best (we could feel and see it very clear) to give us back in fastest way they could. Thanks a lot that you treated us almost the best things. Thank you Sunset Sanato!

Beautiful resort

Peaceful, luxurious, and by a silver beach”

We enjoyed our week's stay in two rooms of a luxury villa. It was well equipped, and with a splash pool with a current to swim against. Breakfasts were first class, the lunch and evening food good, the beach and restaurant bars well-stocked. The beach has jet-skis, kayaks and interesting constructions, even a temple at one end. And it faces West towards spectacular sunsets. There is a lively street market within walking distance, but a taxi (or a rented motorbike) is needed to reach the lively town. The staff is very friendly, and the manager particularly helpful. Some days rubbish (plastic bags, plastic bottles) washed up on the beach, but this was ok so long as the staff regularly patrolled the beach to collect it. Our only complaint was the lack of matrasses on the wooden sun-loungers, so they were too uncomfortable to use.

The hotel and room are ok to good. Location is a mix feeling: lobby next to the beach, a lot to do at the beach, beautiful scenes. BUT can't walk to shopping/groceries, construction surround hotel room Cleanliness is questionable: I got 4 bedrooms villa, and 1 of 4 room had ants, otherwise everything is clean. Staff: lobby staff is nice, room service and house keeping are weird: they delivery food and clean the room but not pick up the empty dishes or dirty tower (they said it had to be done by different department which I have to call, by the way there is no phone instruction at the villa, just press 0 for lobby and ask everything). Even after I call for pick up dirty dishes and tower, no one came (I saw a lot of cart run up and down my area but none of them came and pick those up --> weird) Facilities: pretty good, have most of thing that I need inside the room I would come back when construction done and they hire more staff to do proper job.

First time at Sunset Sanato”

Good resort for who want to find a quiet place and relax. The staff is very nice. The beach is so clean. The food is so diversity such as Vietnamese, Western food although not much if there are a lot of people enjoy at the same time. Generally, the food is delicious for me and my family. Hope to have a chance come back here when the weather is cooler because it's so hot when I was in here. Besides I hope to see new villas and reception hall as well as the central area will be finished in next time. Next, so good when the resort have more big trees to get beauty scene and more shade. It will give everybody more comfortable. Finally, I have a suggestion that's the staff should avoid moving across the villas where there's the customers who's living there to keep a private space for them. Totally, thank you Sunset Sanato.

Good and passionate resort”

good sunset and beach club there are a few tourists in a beach club because of expensive price when I checked out, I saw the opened 1 bottle water which was not opened by myself. maybe somebody had used it. but I needed to pay it. I was little bit unsatisfied that but I should have understand it anyway this resort is almost good

Terrible Villa, Terrible Service, Noisy, Mosquito, Cockroach, Fly, Dont stay here!!!!!!”

I was here last 2 months ago (April), everything was good. But NOW the services and hotel quality DROP 1000% in JUNE (NOW). I had emailed the staff named Linh Huynh by request stay same villa and room next to my parents. But they arrange a room on the ground floor (Room 1-4days 3nights) for my parent!!! It's horrible!!! The villa is shared with other guests, everyone come in/out and talk very loud, foot steps sound. My parent couldn't sleep well the 1st night（NO SOUND PROFF). Second night, the back of our villa POOL PARTY and on the MUSIC VERY LOUD. After 11pm the party end, but then a lot of MOSQUITOES made my parent couldn't sleep well again. Third nights, we complained to them, they use the mosquito spray to kill the mosquito. After my parent finish bath, they found 2 BIG DEAD COCKROACHS!!! For the food, flies stick to the food, and fruits. My parent found dead fly inside the drinks!!!!!!!! YOUR HOTEL IS NOT CHEAP!!!!!! SUPER CON MONEY VILLA!!!!!!!! I

Everything is charged”

Booked a 3 bedroom villas for a group of friends and my family. They charged for my kids who shared the same huge villas . WHat a waste as the villas are big and I booked a 3 bedroom villa. They were definitely ample space for everyone. As for the facilities its definitely not worth the money I paid. I will not go there again.

Though a very fine property but for the lack of facilities, this is an average stay. The beach around is the only highlight. Charges for motorbike and other essentials are overtly expensive.

Resort has not finished to build up yet, no large swimming pool although there is one in each villa. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Price at this time is worthy, food is average.

Poor service”

We choose sunset sanato for our first vacation trip. However it is bad choose. They did pet control when custtomer still in the room. Bufffe is very poor with little food. One supper bad thing is staff open the room without the notice, we are very up-sad and will not comback Sunset Sanato.
