Best place in central Chiang Rai”
I had a great stay at Sooknirund. It was my first time to Chiang Rai and I wanted to stay in a central area. I definitely made the right choice here. The property is lovely - beautiful, classy, with nice cultural additions such as a gallery. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is a block from the clocktower, walking distance to the walking street and night bazaar, and is easy to access by car with free parking. It's everything I wanted for my stay!

This is one of the best hotel in Chiang Rai. The location is superb, in the middle of downtown, close to everything. The hotel is renovated with classy, beautiful decoration. The room is super clean with full facilities. The staff was very friendly and eager to fulfill your request. If I have a chance to visit Chiang Rai again, this hotel will be my number one choice.

Hotel is in a city center very easy to travel either by vehicle or walk to the nearby attractions like night bazaar market or clock tower. Food was nice. Staffs were super friendly and very helpful. We got some problem with the electrical appliances and they sent staff to help immediately and get it fixed in no time. Very professional management!

Very nice hotel with vintage decoration. The best thing is their staff which are very helpful and accommodating. Location is very central also. The only downside I had was the room was a bit dusty and I was allergic to the dust inside all the time during myself.

It was a great staying experience ! A brand renovated hotel with long history at good location in chiang rai. Very cozy room with spacious bathroom and beautiful garden, also very friendly staff, just little bit sad about breakfast, we arrive restaurant at 09:00, but very little food left for buffet and not much choices for us. Overall, A very good hotel and I will be back again, thank you.

Mixed Feelings ”
The good: Great location, great bathroom, ok beds, nice staff at breakfast. Really cool and modern look. Great extras (bath & soaps, etc.) check in staff was not very nice, but check out was a different one and truly lovely. The bad: We heard everyone around us doing what people do in the bathroom. Even though we specifically asked not to, we were put in front of the elevator on the 1st floor. We didn’t get any sleep. There were constantly people walking and talking in front of our door and we heard everything. The worst were the wheeled suitcases passing by on coarse ground. It was a pleasant place visually, we got Zero sleep in both rooms we booked. Great neighborhood, walking distance to night market:
