Park Inn Chiang Rai is a big hotel located near the main road to the airport in the north and wat rong khun in the south. The rooms are nice and very clean. They serve a buffet breakfast in the morning.

Check in was very easy, room was not yet ready at 4 pm. Parking in front of the room The room was comfortable, TV ok Internet ok as well. Lots of dogs barking and (screaming of pigs) Breakfast was a shockingly eastern and we had to fight for plates and cups and whatever food! Sorry guys next time some other place

2 rm, 2 broken toilet bowls & no hot water”
very bad i had booked 2 rooms and both rooms had no hot water for shower. the worse thing was both toilet seats were broken with water leakage.

This hotel gave us mixed feelings,the location and design of hotel was great the rooms are separate from reception so gave feeling of resort,just down the road is 7/11 and in walking distance is the night bizarre various market shops and the wonderful clock tower and the internet is fast once you work out the user names and passwords,the grounds and gardens are clean and well kept.But we're were it became difficult was the reception staff on a few occasions we need some advice so as you do you ask reception,almost no English was spoken communication was very difficult even when we checked in they grunted and pointed to our room,at times we felt as if we were an inconvenience,also if you are the type that after a big day out liked to relax in front of TV forget it there's no English spoken programs.To sum up great clean modern hotel but not deigned for western travelers/visitors.

some of the staff was rude and lazy. the also charges us 50 bath for extra pilow!! iam not gone stay there again.
