A very nice BOSS”

A very nice and clean resort. This is the second time I checked in into this resort. I have emailed the resort that we will reach the resort at 8 am to leave our luggages at the resort as we have joined a one day trip at Chiang Rai . But when we reached the hotel, the BOSS told us that our rooms are ready, We were so surprised and very thankful that our rooms are ready to move in . As our room are ready, meant that we can put our luggages at the room . It was a very nice resort. We will check in at this resort next time we go to Chiang Rai.

10mins walking distance to the bus station, lovely stay”

Though we need to walk about 10mins from the bus station to the hotel, but the overall stay is still pleasant. The room is spacious, clean and unique. Also comes with comfortable beds. Breakfast is not provided, but you can cook your own breakfast as they provides eggs, breads, coffee, tea, fruits (banana), cake at the common area. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chiang Rai!

Lovely place to stay”

Love the room. It's an unusual but very cosy style of room. This is our third stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first . Don't forget to take the "Do Not Disturb" sign off your door or they will not clean your room.

Excellent/adorable hotel in downtown Chiang Rai”

This hotel lives up its name ("na rak a" means "very cute" in English). The decor features lots of cute, kind of kitschy touches, from colorful paint jobs to heart-shaped coffee mugs. Even if Disney decals and lime-green pillow cases aren't your thing, collectively the design makes the place feel totally relaxed. Plus, the rooms are spacious, the beds are big and comfortable, and the staff are super-friendly. Really, I can't say enough kind things about the staff. Great people. The hotel is in a quiet backstreet (Chiang Rai is quiet anyway, but being off the main roads means you won't hear, .e.g, teens racing their motorbikes at night as you're trying to fall asleep). It's not even a 10-minute walk to the night market, and you can reach the Saturday and Sunday walking streets, the clock tower, and all the other central attractions easily. Next door, at Grandma Keaw, you can rent motorbikes, in case you need two wheels. We stayed here twice and would return, without question.

Clean and Nice Hotel in Chiangrai”

This hotel located quite strategic in Chiangrai downtown area, near to night bazaar, weekend night market and sunday night market. This hotel also provide self service breakfast, cheap laundry facilities . Bedroom was spacious, but bathroom was rather small, both are clean and have god lightning. Staffs are very polite, overal very satisfied with this hotel.

Reasonable, actually a bit too much cheaper than value, clean, cute, enough space, kind staff.... I will stay here in the next time again. Only one point I should note for you, parking space only for 3 cars maximum howeveryou can park your car around there.

true to the name, this place is full of cuteness! and the staff/owner was so helpful! ordered motorbikes for us to rent that was very convenient. I can't stress enough how cute this place is, you just have to find out for yourself!

Nice and Clean hotel”

Recommend to stay at this little hotel. The owner will always ask us what she can help. She recommends to buy the bus ticket back in advance to Chiang Mai as the bus ticket is quickly sold out and talks to the taxi driver to stop us a few locations for city tour.

A great & wonderful stay”

Just located 5 mins walking distance to the Night Market & the Bus Station (Although the Bus Station still in construction, but it still functioning beside the construction base). Newly renovated building, room & bed was nice and clean. Kitchen do provide coffee, tea, bread and even facilities for cook an eggs by yourself. Was here for a night and will definitely to stay here again when visiting this small town again.

It is a 10 minute walk from night market and not far from the clock tower which was useful. Staff we're really nice and offered to hold our bags while we drove to Phu Chi Fah. The kitchen was great, loved having the option to make my own food. I had room number 04 which was great (with a balcony) Thanks for the great experience

I have a pleasant stay”

Clean and comfortable room. Easy travel to temples, weekend walking street, and night bazaar. The location is away from the main street. At night it is very quiet and cozy. The owner is very friendly, being introduced to a number of tourist attractive places. Without hesitation, I have booked 2 private tours with the owner immediately. The trips were fantastic. I strongly recommended this hotel.

Loved this place. We've stayed at many different Chiang rai guest houses and this was our favorite. The staff are amazing and even ironed a shirt for us when we asked if they had an ironing board. Cute quirky decorations make the place feel homey and welcoming. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Quiet and Secluded within 5 mins walk to centre”

Caught taxi from Chiang Rai airport, for around 100 baht. It's located at the end of a lane off a lane, next to a field. Rooms are a good size with facilities. I extended my stay 1 night with no problems. At night there is a secured gate and also a vehicle gate. Swipe cards are given to access and worked well. The common coffee and breakfast areas were clean and a good place to meet other guests. I ended up booking a tour through the owner and found it really good. The guide was knowledgeable and I found it to be an interesting day that was good value (1000 Baht for around 10 hours). I was going to Central Plaza one day and the owner was as well, so I got a ride there, which was helpful! Will stay there again next time I'm in Chiang Rai.

Loved our stay at Na Rak O! Perfect location - close to night market & walking distance to most sights. The hotel has such a great atmosphere - colourful decorations & a nice "feel" to the place. Rooms were good size. Place felt secure at night. Breakfast needs improvement but not a huge problem. Staff were very friendly & helpful with info on sights, directions etc. They also had 2 X bicycles for use which were handy! :) Would definitely stay again!

Great in everything”

The best guest house we stayed during our trip. The lady owner was super friendly. We even could see the fireflies at the guesthouse. Very nice to have bananas, biscuits provided all day long! We definitely will come back again and recommend to our friends. Thanks.

Nice colour guest house design”

This is a family owned guest house. I should qualify that it is not a resort nor a hotel. Newly refurbished, if offers about 10 rooms for guests. I stayed 2 nights at the standard room (upper floor) and 2 nights at its Deluxe room (lower floor). Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. My only issue is the bed was too hard for me. The rooms are spacious. For a few dollars more, go for the deluxe room. It has a larger bathroom that you will certainly appreciate, and a little private balcony. There is also a shared kitchen and sitting area with free self service amenities and breakfast (toast, eggs and bananas, coffee, etc free flow). What made this place really stood out is the amount of effort the owner placed into decorating the place. It is very colourful and has many little decorations to really spice up whole place which otherwise would just have been another boring guesthouse.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Na Rak O guesthouse (not resort). About 7min walking distance to the old bus terminal, 6 min to Chiang Rai night Brazza and 10min to the clock tower and many nearby Wats. The guesthouse is very colourful, clean and room is big, cosy and comfortable. My strong recommendation for a value for money stay here. The lovely host provided excellent guest services in all details such as safety gate for guests, free serving coffee and cookies at all time! The property is very well maintained, the only major drawback is mosquitos which very common not only at this property but other hotels and guesthouses too which I find something the local authority could help in this situation. Try Na Rak O in your stay and I am sure you will love it!!!

Cute! ”

Definitely suit for backpacker and young ppl’s stay! Everything so cute as the hostel’s name! You can cook ur own breakfast there. The room is decorated very cute as well, but the toilet is slippery. But one thing, they have no lift, so inconvenient for big luggage, yet no one can help u to carry ur luggage as the staff there all women. Inconvenient for the elder ppl as their stairs is bit dangerous when climbing.
