I’ve stayed at the CityHub in Amsterdam so I was familiar with how it worked, but this stay was even better than the last. The hotel manager was at the check-in station and helped me get checked in. The place was very clean and the showers were hot. Nice comfortable place to spend the evening in the lobby and a nice cozy bed to sleep in for the night. I will be back again one day!

Super clean and good location”
Room is perfect for a solo traveller, comes with a table so it’s easy to put stuff you need access to. Bathrooms come with shampoo and body wash from Ritual. There’s even a sauna. Always clean and more than enough cubicles for everyone, just wish they had better hair dryers!

This was my first pod experience and I must say I’ll do it again. City hub has all the good of a hostel: friendly staff, affordable prices and shared spaces, with the good of a hotel: privacy (rooms were soundproof and custom lighting), cleanliness and amenities such as sauna and 24 h services (one can grab a drink or a coffee at anytime). The hub is spacious for two people with small luggage. Bed is comfy and everything is thoroughly clean before the next guest. I would suggest a better training for some people and 2 thumbs up for Vin, who helped us with the reservation issues. Overall a good experience!

Very pleasant and comfortable stay at CityHub”
I miss the hubs very much. The colour changing lighting and Bluetooth speaker is amazing (and the room is pretty sound proof!). I thought it would be claustrophobic but there is ample space to roll around and sit up right. Was also able to open my 66cm luggage flat on the ground even though the space to do that is pretty limited. Great amenities (the bath robe is really comfortable) and the shared bathrooms are really clean. Hosts are really friendly as well.

A nice set up but some improvements can be done”
The room is quite small, but just enough for one if you are travelling alone. You have the mobile charger and USB port by the bed so quite convenient. Shared bathroom is quite clean, but towels they provided in the room are not…one of them still has a chewing gum on it and some others with stain. Breakfast is fine - Kaffestuen is a good place to chill and the owner is nice.

"Pod hotel"”
Nice place if you need cheap accommodation or just an extra night or two. 2 pods are typically stacked on top pf eachother, so one has the bed on floor level, and neighbour pod is around a meter or so up from the floor, so bedding area is not full height, and you have to "crawl into bed" at the lower beds (to be aware of if you have back problems or similar) but you can atleas sit upright and it doesnt feel cramped. Bluetooth speakers are integrated in the room and sound ok. I could not connect the lighting to the app because i think the hotel uses it's own booking number for this. Without connecting the app, the light will just cycle through colors endlessly until you turn it off. I would have liked for there to be a simple option for just normal single colored lighting in normal "lightbulb" colors controllable without needing a seperate app. Shared bathroom areas and hangout areas. Very "backpacker" feel. About 10-15 minute walk to tivoli area

More than just a pod”
Capsule hotels may not be as known in Europe yet but gain more popularity, which is good for backpackers and those on a budget. CityHub is only a short walk away from metro stations and the main train station is around 10-15 minutes. Easy to explore the city from there and stock up on groceries, too, with several supermarkets right around the corner. The check in procedure is quite simple and if there is any question, a host is available and you can even send WhatsApp messages to get more advice on what to do. If I make it back to Copenhagen, I will definitely drop by again. :)

Best capsule hotel/hostel I’ve stayed at”
Self check-in & check-out was convenient, great facilities, love the self service concept like buying drinks from their bar and toiletries & snacks from the vendo machines through a wristband with a chip, lighting functions in the capsule can be controlled through their app. Although in my experience, I couldn’t do that since the app could not link or find my booking ID. Enjoyed the sauna so much, and the toilets were kept clean. Although some of dryers were broken & not working well. Suggestion: Fix some faulty functions on the app, make it possible to keep track of charges from the things one buys like drinks through the app. More food or snack options in vendo machines Overall, I had a great experience. Excellent service quality. But for a hostel it is not that cheap (the items were also priced high) Not recommended to people who are on a tight budget.

Great for something more unique”
Rooms are somewhat styled as capsule rooms, but definitely enough space! Toilets are shared, but clean, not crowded and provide ritual toiletries. The hangout area is good - only downside for us is that there isn't cooking facilities and slightly far from the nearest train station!

Great place to stay”
So cozy and comfortable place to stay. Self-service bar and community room are also great for taking a rest. And there are plenty of restaurant and store nearby, so I can easily get a good food. Both room and bathrooms are clean and well-prepared. I strongly recommend this place!

Every time my friend and I meet in Copenhagen this is where we stay. Ideal location, very clean facilities and helpful staff. Also great to meet other travellers!

Very comfortable stay”
Situated in the hip Vesterbro area about 15 minute walk from the main station, very friendly staff, cool self-serve bar and hang out area. Concept is nothing I've seen before, for a single person a double bed was very spacious, not sure how It would feel with another person, my only complaint was the lights in the walkway is on all night and would stream in through the cracks in the blinds.

The hub is a good choice for solo traveller cuz you can have a private space in your own hub while you still can make a new friend at a common area

Fun for the Young”
If you are between 19 and 24 this is perfect. Funky, spartan and silly. But you are only young once and the point of travel is adventure. You should be able to flirt, tease and seduce in a place like this. It is not a place to go to in order to relax. It may be ageist, but really anyone over 25 has no business there and anyone over 28 should be arrested on the spot. The location is great, and if you aren’t claustrophobic it will be a be story you can tell your friends about; the night you slept in a small, window-less pod. And hey if you got lucky, the story becomes just that much better.

Otroligt nöjd med min vistelse.”
Hotellet överträffade mina förväntningar. Enkelt att göra self check in/out men kunde även få hjälp av personalen som är på plats konstant. Rummet var tillräckligt stor och sängen var skön, fanns gott om ladduttag och man kunde även justera ljuset i rummet. Toaletterna var stora och rena.
