Good size apartment with nice view”

We went to Cameron Highlands during the school holidays, however we managed to book an apartment at Natasya Resort just two days before. With the price they offered, we were amazed with the view from the large balcony of the apartment. The apartment is actually located at the Equatorial Hotel area although the reception is at a different building. A short walk to the main road is the shopping area where you can get vegetables and souvenirs. Cameron Highlands is always cold at night (compared to other places in Malaysia), especially when i rained, and we spent a few hours at the balcony drinking the local tea.

Great, relaxing and peaceful”

We stayed 2 nights at Natasya Resort Deluxe room from 3rd Aug til 5th Aug. It was an enjoyable experience. We were provided a room overlooking the mountain and a huge large balcony. The air was so fresh in the morning and you could have some star gazing at night if the sky is clear.Attractions places such as Rose Centre, Boh Tea Plantations , Cactus Valley and Cameron Lavender were just around the corner if you are travelling by car. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance. Overall, I will stay at Natasya Resort on my upcoming visit as it was very satisfying with the price given.

Relaxing, but boring”

My family and I able to relax ourselves as the hotel is situated in the countryside, so it has minimal pollution (sound pollution, air pollution due to instant and fast development around Cameron Highland). I therefore strongly recommend this hotel to families or maybe couples who have relaxation in their purpose of travelling. If you are looking for places to shopping, this hotel will not disappoint you as it is quite near to the Kea Strawberry Farm, at which nearby the farm, it has lots of stalls selling local fruits, delicacies, flowers etc. If you are travelling with children and which that they will have something different experience while travelling to Cameron Highland, this hotel will be great as it is nearby EQ Strawberry Farm at which your children may have an experience in self-plucking strawberries. However, this hotel doesn't provide any breakfast and it is quite difficult to look for breakfast nearby as the restaurant nearby will only operate starting from 11am. So, you need to be in the Kea Strawberry Farm for you to look for breakfast. But this won't be a great problem if you are travelling with your own transport or group tour. If you are a good cook at home, the above mentioned problems won't disturb your day as they provide their residents with great cooking facilities.

Family Vacation for the whole family”

Great place to stay with your family. You can bring more people since the living room area is quite huge. The sofa is actually a sofa bed that can fit another 2 person while the bedroom have two single beds. The room is big enough to fit in at least 4 adults. Just remember to bring your own sleeping bags because Cameron Highlands is freezing cold at night and there is no heating in the room. Well, no breakfast but you all know that hotel buffet food is boring so eat out and enjoy the ambiance of good highlands food at the nearby Brinchang morning market just a walking distance from the resort. Woohoo!

Value for money”

The room is big, but didn't have maintainance. Hot shower sometimes ok. My water kettle that time was rusty, ask reception change the new one. Location was superb, since it located near to Equatorial Hotel and at the highest peak at Cameron Highland. Mountain view from balcony hotel was nice. This hotel is value for money and recommended for a family that need some space for their convenience.

Superb location & spacious”

Pros 1. Superb location at Brinchang close to all the attractions i.e. BOH Sg Palas & Morning farmers market at Kea Farm so definitely opposite of heavy traffic. 2. Superb view with spacious balcony. 3. Sofa bed at living hall, even fot for 4 of us 4. Renovated rooms & bathrooms 5. I arrived at 10.30pm and got the keys even though I haven't paid yet. The office close earlier and I got the keys from the guard. Super Trusting the customer. Paid the next day. Cons. NONE. This is our 2nd stay here and will definitely repeat here again

Comfortable stay”

We were happy with our stay at Natasya Resort but wish the management could do serious checking on bathroom maintenance. Anyhow overall is a pleasant stay.

An enjoyable holidays with comfort&relaxing stay”

Comfort&value for money...should make sure the room is less smelly because once i step in it have somw kind of smell but still ok.and i requested for high level room but was given a ground floor unit while there's no any other people at the higher floor..anyway,i will come back to natasya resort.

Great Place and location love it!”

Book 2bedroom apartment for 1night got supercheap price coz they said it is on promo (RM280nett) It seems They have changed the management to ZARANIA recently. We request for early check in. Able to check in around 2pm at 23-134 but unfortunately the room given we just newly paint like really new even the door paint is not dry yet! Paint smell still going strong plus the cleaning chemical on floor still wet and smelly. Fortunately the staff are so helpful and friendly. We Manage to change the room to 22-134. Bilik level 1(lowest) Sedikit susah untuk kami dgn anak2 dan travel bag yg besar untuk turun tangga hingga ke bawah... Mengah sikit tapi ok we survived 😝 Room was spacious! Dulu it was kitchen now they dah renovate to room with double decker bed (queen below/single upper) Our kids loved it! Since our last stay here was in 2011/12 Semua furniture skrg sudah bertukar baru termasuk Sofa bed and carpet. Ada astro injoi basic channel. Fridge Kettle but unfortunately no microwave like last time. Ventilation fans make our room and stay super SEJUK BEKU! 😅 It was auto so we cannot manually switch it off Better bring your socks guys 😂 Overall We had a GREAT STAY here. Walking distance je ke KEA FARM tak perlu nak layan jem dah. View was nice facing vege farm/nova hotel 15cel @7am 😍 Staff are super friendly,helpful and so polite forgot to ask his name (heard people call him Mr Min) Check in and check out was easy and super fast. Will definitely come again and recommended to you guys. you gonna love it 😁

Good attraction near Brinchang Market Good parking spot. Very nice view No mosquitoes Good TV Channel Good pantry Hot water sometime take long time to ready for shower. CoffeeTable at balconies have cracks. Couch feel wet cold. No room telephone.

Satisfactory”

I book 3 apartments for my family. 2 from the apartments is complete with kettle, microwave and so on. But one of them is so disappointing. No kettle, microwave, the pipe in bathroom is broken (wee nee to open and closed the water system from outside the apartment). So frustrating. Overall it is just ok. Better copthorne that natasya resort. i have so many experience at copthorne hotel (opposite of the natasya resort), it is so great. This time i try to stay at natasya resort but disappointing. tq

went there late but easy to find, centrally located area with good parking zone and great highland view. within a walking distance to shops, restaurants and strawberry farm.

1.Room-spacious, clean, modern design 2.Balcony-spacious,equipped with bbq facilities 3.Bathroom- have 2 bathroom (one with bathtub), clean, toiletries provided(towel, shampoo etc) 4.Room facilities-have water heater, can request iron and microwave, set of dishes (for 4 person) 5. View- garden terrace (kebun2 kea farm) mountain and commercial area 6. Environment- beautiful design of the building, good layout and circulation 7. Parking- easy and provided under the apartment 8.price- cheap and affordable (can get rm180 on weekdays/ rm200-rm250 on weekend and get entire apartment 9.staff-sooo nice and very helpful 10.location- superb! For those yg dah mmg plan place to visit, nak avoid traffic jam, near with most of the attraction place, and even can walk to shopping at kea farm market

Nice resot with affordable price!”

Overall is ok and nice but there was a big problem with the Local Area Network. No internet connection although they have provide WIFI in the resort area. The dishes equipment need new replacement. In other side, I was satisfied with the resort facilities and willing to come again in my next vacation.
