To be honest, Narita's pretty good hotel. The parking lot, the staff, the bed are all good. And the best thing is bath up. Can I add another best thing there.? Ha ha. It's the water.! The shower was good, and they provide anti slip mat, and HBO guys.. haa.. lebay ya. I know.

Nice atmosphere and facilities; relaxing/enjoyable”
I stayed at the Narita Hotel in Tangerang/Cipondoh for almost two weeks. It was an enjoyable stay overall. The staff is friendly and attentive although a little bit of a challenge to communicate in English and my Indonesian in minimal. I love the atmosphere - landscaping gives it a feel of Indonesia in the heart of this busy area. The rooms are clean and housekeeping service was prompt and did a great job. The property has wireless internet access that worked pretty well overall at no additional charge. There is also a nice pool and fitness center which guests can use at no additional charge. The restaurant is good enough and reasonable cost. About the only issue was check out - was unable to review charges prior to check out because of computer system and the check out time was a bit lengthy as they had to compile charges incurred, but on a shorter stay it wouldn't take very long I suppose. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and give it a very positive rating.

Beautiful and serene alternative in Gr. Jakarta”
this hotel offers good services and facilities. the location in tangerang makes it a good alternative for activities in (western) greater jakarta and is a bit hidden behind all the traffic. the rooms are clean, neat and offers good and basic accommodation. staff is friendly and eager to help you out. breakfast/dinner is served in a separate building just in front of the hotel, from which the upper floor serves as a small convention centre. this is certainly not disturbing at all, since the isolation of the floors and walls are pretty good. the hotel offers also facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness club and sauna, but due to lack of time i can't review it since i haven't been using it.

Great Ambience”
I used to stay at Narita Hotel Surabaya, when they opened a new hotel located in Tangerang I was planning to stay there one day. The hotel location is not easy to find but they put a big sign in front of the hotel. The access is quite good, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The laundry service was inexpensive but it's not one day service. I love the bathtub very much, I can fit in easily and pamper myself after a long day work

narita is a nice new hotel, good location. near the airport not to far from shopping malls, a bit to far from the city centre if you are in jakarta for business. good for an over night stop over if you are going some where the next day or want some where a bit quiet.

in a quiet spot not far from the airport. must be very new, really clean, good service. good cheap food.there is a big shopping near by, terang city mall. there is a mosque near by that can be fairly loud in the morning, other than that for the price very nice hotel.

Hotel room is OK for the price paid. Good location to access facilities in Tangerang. Sleeping was Disturbed by early morning(5:00-6:00am)prayer from local villiage next to hotel.

great hotel but there is nothing of interest near”
I enjoyed just about everything about the hotel. They were sincerely concerned about my contentment it seems. On the second night of my stay I needed to go to bed very early and there was a wedding celebration in full blast outside my window. The front desk moved me to a much quieter room immediately. Close to airport, but really, there is nothing in the area of interest. I had to rely on taxi to go everywhere and the fares were generally 80-100,000 Rp. to go to shopping districts etc. Food there was good. I got regular Indonesian food...Rawon and Soto Ayam. Both satisfactory.

Room are clean and tidy. Just that the location are too confusion. The driver took me to Narita Jakarta instead of Tangerang.

Nice room but hotel was difficult to find”
the room was comfortable and modern, and the furnishings (eg bed linen) looked quite expensive. however, my taxi driver had difficulty finding the hotel, even using gps. also, there was a rooster in a tiny cage at the front door, which i found quite upsetting as he was obviously unhappy and looking for a way out. i mentioned it to the manager (apparently, having a rooster is a symbol of the hotel chain), so they may do something about it - eg a bigger cage, or even better, a model rooster - i hope so!
