Exceptional”
The resort was beautiful and clean. Worth every penny. The beach isn't nice; the water is muddy and dirty, but they have a nice pool to compensate. You can go to Starfish beach to swim but be careful beacause there are sand flies. Sao beach is also nice; you can go to Paradiso to eat. If you want to eat near Naomi, you can go to Rori's to eat and swim in their swimming pool; the pool use sea water and has fish in it, pretty cool.

Great hideaway for couples. A lot of facilities to enjoy a weekend together. Restaurants are nearby, clean beach. The only drawback is the smelly and not very clean bathroom, cheap smell soap.

Room just small - but nice place to enjoy your time, relax and feel the sea. Staffs should be training better, toilet should be allowed water drainage. Room rate be still high for this location. You can come and enjoy!

Room rate was too expensive but not really worth, swimming too small, nice staffs support and helpful. Bad breakfast. Room smell bad, amenities too bad, water be not drained in bathrooms. Never be back. It should be renovated.

Worse than last time ”
We be back here second time, this time, We book water front bungalow, the most expensive room of this resort and we had got so bad experience, bathtub can not use becoz of licking water, not really private room, it was connecting with same room location, noisy and disturb, chatlet better and cheaper than this room. Staffs be nice. Also bad breakfast and room rate not valuable. Never be back.

Water Bungalow is the attraction”
Only 2-3 resorts in Phu Quoc have a water bungalow and this is one of the best among them. So if u looking for maldives experience for 1/6th price, this is the place for you.

No sound proof. Super noisy”
The bungalow is not soundproof as it is entitely made from wood. and they built two bungalow attached to eacb other…The family next door has young children and they screamed till mid night ao we cant sleep at all and we hear everything they spoke and vice versa….pls the waterfront bungalow is the nearest to the land so the view is limited. The chalet mighbe a better choice: cheaper, further to the sea, not attached to any other chalet.

A chill place but lack of conviniene”
A good place to stay away from busy road, we spent a night here but not have much activities to do. If you are looking for a sunset-view place, this is not recommended for you. otherwise, we enjoy the beach and a look-like Maldives bridge 😂

Beautiful and quiet resort!”
I absolutely loved this place! The grounds were gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There were free kayaks and paddle boards, as well as bicycles. There was a sauna and the pool was always super clean. There’s a nice little beach area that’s private and has beautiful sunrise views. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. I was so happy with my stay and wish I could have stayed longer!

Over-water bungalow (chalet) ”
What a beautiful chalet right over the water. It was exactly the kind of serenity I needed to end my trip. The only thing with the weather is that it was very windy and after speaking to someone he told me that it's normally very windy this time of year and recommended March/April to visit the East side of the island. However, it did not stop me, I enjoy hearing nature so the wind wasn't a problem. Everything else was great and the mini bar was pretty cheap for when I wanted a snack. Not too fond of the breakfast, tends to be a bit oily but overall it was a good stay and i would definitely return when the weather is better!

Rat 🐀 Villa”
Not sure if Agoda or Naomi site so hard to navigate, I wanted a bungalow on the jetty but ended up with Family room upstairs! Woke up on 3rd morning with huge rat climbing up wall at 6am… room staff didn’t arrive until 6.40am to remove rat. No apology from manager who was sour and did not engage with customers at all even when dining for dinner and sitting in table next to us , did not make people welcome and a simple apology would have been nice. Lady not suitable for hospitality. Rest of staff were fabulous. Would not return or recommend! Photo of said Rat can be supplied if needed! In over 40 years of hotels, motels, hostels and camp cabins have never encountered rodents in Accommodation and I have travelled extensively in Australia and globally.

Not worthy the amount paid. ”
We have booked deluxe Seaview double room. To my disappointment when I checked in it was just one room with no sea view . It's is palm view . Check picks. There were two rooms interlinked by door but we have given one room only. Late i came to know in other room hotel staffs are staying. And left side of our room hotels washing machine area. So i have asked receptionist is she given us correct room, she said yes . I have paid 9000 rs for two nights for these room. Totally disappointed. Within 6 km of hotel there is no market so you have to rent from hotel only which is higher . Free bycycle supposed to be provided by hotel but none of them works . So book your hotel somewhere in North west side. This one not worth a stay for such high price . As i paid in advance so no choice of changing. Check my pics. Cat dogs enter your rooms too
