二度目のベトナム旅行でしたが、今回はハノイの喧騒を避け、こちらのホテルに３泊しました。 新しくて綺麗でゴージャスなホテルです、窓からの湖の景色も素晴らしく、気持ち良く滞在できます。ハイティやドリンクの無料券もいただけました。ホテルのレストランも美味しかったです。ホテルの通りを渡ってすぐのところに韓国焼肉やシーフードなどのレストランが何軒かあり、外食には不自由しません。 私はベトナム語は全くわかりませんでしたが、日本語のできるホテルスタッフがいて、とても親切にしていただけました。

- Khách sạn ở vị trí đẹp, ngay khu trung tâm, thuận tiện đi lại. - Khu vực bể bơi (dù là mùa đông), sảnh, quầy bar,… vô cùng sạch sẽ. - Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là 2 anh nhân viên pha chế ca tối quầy bar, bạn bè mình rất vui và thoải mái. (Mình nhớ có 1 bạn tên Dương, mong khách sạn sẽ có khen thưởng cho những bạn như vậy) - Chuyến đi của mình có 1 số vấn đề không mong muốn xảy ra, mình có nhờ nhân viên và anh giám đốc điều hành hỗ trợ, anh giám đốc điều hành đã xử lý rất chuyên nghiệp, nhanh chóng, nhiệt tình. Giá cao nhưng ko chiều khách cho lắm. Checkin sớm chút phải thêm phí ngoài giờ. Bthg m đi 5sao nếu phòng trống thì ksan thường hỗ trợ checkin sớm cho khách hơn thường là sau 12h trưa là đc rồi . thì thiện cảm nhiều hơn và dễ quay lại nhiều hơn

Gđ tôi lưu trú vào NĐ đúng hôm bão lớn . đường đi nước ngậm đến đầu gối , sàn khách sạn trơn nguy hiểm . Trg ksan có phục vụ ăn đêm từ 10h tối đến 6h sáng . Gđ tôi gọi order thì dc 1 anh nvien lên bảo bây h chỉ có mì tôm và trứng nếu sử dụng thì được miễn phí ?! Gđ chúng tôi chấp nhận và nhận dc 1 khay 2 gói mì và 4 quả trứng sống?? Hôm sau check out mình đã chủ động xin trả phòng muộn và dc sự đồng ý của ksan trả phòng vào lúc 1h . Mình lu bu dọn đồ cg như đi cùng con nhỏ nên ko tiện để ý đồng hồ . Lố tầm 15p mình gọi xuống cho lễ tân để cho ng lên giúp đỡ gđ mình vận chuyển đồ xuống . Cả công lên khuân đồ và đợi thang máy lên xuống cg mất thêm tầm 15p . Khi xuống đến sảnh lễ tân để thanh toán các dịch vụ đã sử dụng , tôi bị bạn nhân viên lễ tân bắt thanh toán thêm 30% giá phòng tính theo giá của khách sạn tầm 900k , khi chỉ nhỡ mất 15p . Mình nói chuyện xin xỏ vì có em bé ko để ý tgian cũng như trời mưa, lạnh... nhưng vẫn ko dc chấp thuận và buộc gđ mình thanh toán đủ là lên phòng nghỉ thêm đi để xứng đáng với đồng tiền bỏ ra ( trg khi ksan cực vắng ) , đồng thời khi được gặp để làm việc với quản lý thì nhận dc thái đồ hắc dịch . Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại nơi không có tình người như vậy.
