Horrible hotel, stay away”

Stayed with my husband on 18th of October 2017. we Got cheated by the check in staff who charged us 8.25 RM more than what we were supposed to pay. He said this is agoda commission which we have to add in the price of the room. We travel very often and this was the first time we were asked for extra money. Anyways, The room is small and dirty, they use towels as blankets and the bathroom flush was not working too. The air-con in room 103 was also not functioning well and water was dripping direct on the bed. No fan in the room and the mattress was like 10 years old. Even the towel was old and torn . we had a bad nights sleep. We tried to ask someone to change the room but there was no one at the reception. Please avoid this place!

This place is unkept and is operated by a maid who needs to refer to someone whenever a question is ”

I was offered a room without a wash basin; the alternative was a room with dry taps. I wanted to get my money back but was told I had first to cancel on line.

Worst experience of hotel stay”

The bathroom does not have a sink, which makes us difficult to brush teeth; and toilet roll is not available, or I should they don't even allocate a dedicate place for it. Air-conditioner is not cooling despite the lowest temperature been adjusted, so basically is like a sauna inside the room. Booked a family room, is noisy and you can hear vehicles passing by clearly the whole night. Will never consider a second stay.

penyambut tetamu yg sgt peramah, dlm hotel sgt bersih, sesuai utk muslim. berdekatan gerai2 makanan, kedai air halia kg sireh. parking senang, urusan check in/out berjalan lancar.

Dah reply email kata checkin 7pm...bila sampai hotel tak ada pekerja,pintu kunci.call no di pintu hotel pun tak ada yg angkat,no dlm goggle tak update,call org lain angkat... jenuh cari hotel lain jugak malam tu.. pihat hotel tak bertangungjawab...saya dah bagi no saya,patut call tanya apa yg patut. Selamat saya booking tak bayar lagi.
