the room was smelly, the breakfast is bad, compare to the price, it was slightly expensive. Only the swimming pool is nice

Maintenance and cleanliness ”
We was impressed with nice pool, and kids pool, that the main reason we choose this hotel, when we get to the room very disappointed, room not maintain, the toilet pipe no head, towel rack came off, window came off, cleanliness is the worse, floor sticky , bed sheets not change from the previous guest got hair under the bed sheets both bed, very disgusting. Breakfast very bad , not ready at 8am.

Nice Pool and View”
The children enjoyed themselves a whole lot at the pool. It was a small cosy resort. The only downside is that the room smelled musty and the toilet smelled like pee. The beds were comfortable but the smell put me off. Won't repeat my stay there but it was a good one time experience.

Poor hygiene of the room”
The Villa was so disgusting, bugs everywhere. The mildew smell and humidity in the air. The water heater in the upstairs toilet didn't work. I called the receptionist and he said if we want hot water we can only use the downstairs one. Obviously they knew the problem, but didn't deal with it. The upstairs bedroom was full of gnats. There was blood on the bedsheets some more! I booked for 5D4N but I was only there for 2 nights. I booked another hotel on the 3rd day to leave this terrible place. I will not recommend this place!

Location is great. Very close to restaurants, groceries but not beach front. They do provide service to Cenang beach and others nearby. Unit itself was ok. White sheets. Bed was confortable. The CR though needs refurbishing especially the sink. Overall, reasonable value for money.

We get dophine theme with inside dolphin drawing and 2king size bed,big washroom with full toiletries provide. The water park was syiok enough to play,simple breakfast but delicious.

It way up on a hill with entrance way behind another hotel, secluded. Away from all the road noise. The view from top is breathtaking especially when looking out from inside the main swimming pool (such great pool, I love it a lot!) but the children water pool could use some serious refurbishment - water not so clean and rust everywhere. Also the 1st room I got was the deepest inside, not so clean and looks like haven’t been occupied in a while. Was surprised by a big spider in bathroom and couldn’t sleep. However manage to change room nearer to swimming pool with much better cleanliness - however both bathroom sink is mouldy. The breakfast is not great and not much choices, better eat outside. Or GRAB/FOODPANDA. Plus point is the staffs are helpful but can see the resort is currently understaff. Hope the resort can restore or upgrade on the pointers and I’ll be glad to come again

This resort is very nice place to stay. Kids friendly. Got mini water park for kids and also slide for adult. The staff is very friendly. The environment is secluded and exclusive

The resort is superb. Love the enviroment and really enjoy our family vacation at My Rus resort. However, please improve on the toilet cleanliness. The room and the toilet is a bit smelly.

The breakfast was too little. We were 4 of us with 2 kids. They only served 2 plates of noodles (very small portion) and 2 sandwiches. The kids were hungry and we have to go out to buy more breakfast.
