Very Nice Yet Inexpensive Hotel”

This was actually a very good low-cost hotel. Not very many amenities but it was better than what I expected for the price. There was several good small clubs in the area and Davao is definitely someplace I will visit again. Wish I could have stayed longer.

the hotel is easy to find. our room was ready and waiting when we arrived. this is good for tired travelers who just came from their flight like us. the hotel is very advertised that most of the cabs we took already knew where my hotel is. it is also located in the city center, so its very accessible and only walking distance to people's park.the guard was very helpful in giving directiond as to the places we wanted to go, like bus terminals and marina wharfs, etc... wifi is available only at the lobby and dining area,all on all, the place is ok to spend the night in davao.

No nonsense cheap option”

A decade of staying in Davao and this hotel has remained solid. Excellent location. The rooms are clean and the staff polite, it is a basic place but I find it tremendous value for money.

My Kind of Place in Davao”

The hotel is very homey. It caters to people from all walks of life. Location very accessible to different spots in the city. The single room is ok with hot and cold shower. However, one can fully hear the noise from the corridor with guests talking or children of other guests running along the corridor. It woke me twice at 5 am. Maybe the hotel should improve on the acoustic to prevent the noise from distubing other guests.

hotel staff are nothing special, having said that they are not rude and anything you request will be done.the rooms are good,clean and quiet.the location is excellent.no need for any taxis,right in thr thick of things.i have been to davao 4 times and i came back here evertime.its good.

Nice rate, nice place”

My Hotel is very busy to update the rooms. The rooms are very clean, have all the standard amenities available. Bathroom was up to date and clean. Minor issues: just a ceiling light, no bed lights. Airco is not strong enough so you need to set it on high power for a good result. Parking lot will be available after finishing the upgrades, I think.

Best value and walking distance to shopping and food”

The staff is friendly and helpful. Our initial room has dimmed lights so we asked to be transferred. They were booked solid due to kadayawan event but were able to transfer the following day to a much better one. Love the convenience as it is walking distance to shopping, food, and City Hall. The only thing the owners should change are those dim lights. Replace it with bright ones because it was hard to open our luggage (TSA with codes). Also very straining to the eyes. Another one is the parking. If they clear some of the items on the side it may be easier to get out. Other than that if you don't have a vehicle, plenty of taxis and jeepneys.

The hotel is very minimalist, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The food at the restaurant is decent and inexpensive. Very close to a lot of nightlife and shopping. The staff is very nice and accommodating, although it can sometimes be hard to get them on the phone. Would definitely stay there again. The internet doesn't always work in the rooms, especially on the 5th floor where I was, but does work down in the lobby at all times.

the moment we arrived the hotel til we check out, our stay is good! the location is in the heart of the city, so u can just walk if you want to shop, ill be staying again when i go back in Davao at My Hotel..

This a a decent no frills hotels, good location downtown, within walking distance of several places and cheap cab ride to others. Room was clean, decent size. I would stay here again for sure next time I go to Davao.

Its walking distance to a mall, 7eleven, shops, restaurants and easy to get a taxi ride. When I checked in, the receptionist did not call the bell man to help me with my luggages. I had to get it all in the elevator on my own. There is a lady selling barbecue outside the hotel and while waiting for a taxi standing outside, smoke is everywhere. I am not a smoker but the City is very strict on their no smoking policy, however, they allowed the smoke from the barbecue cover the whole sidewalk.

Nice Hotel but location could have been better”

In general I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and the only real complaint I had was about a certain taxi driver who wrongly presumed my lady friend was a bar-girl and when taking her home asked very improper questions. I put him in his place the next time I saw him by reminding him that in first place it was none of his business and also that my lady friend happened to be the manager of a small motel in Kidapawan, about 40 miles from Davao.

Great Location”

The hotel was very near all the town land marks. The parade was held infront of the hotel giving us a better look of it. We didnt have to squeeze with other expectators. The hotel receptionists were polite. The house keeping people were very friendly and accommodating. Over all, i am satisfied with my stay and i would reccommend this hotel.

The best thing is the location, right in the centre of the city. It is very lively and interesting in this area and you can get a taxi anywhere very easily. I have stayed here many times over the last 7 years. This visit, I notoced tje wifi connection was much better. Staff were helpful too. There are no real facilities such as a pool etc but for the price it is really good. I'll stay again when I come back.

Location, location, location. Hard to find a comparable quality hotel for this price too, though the price has gone up recently. It couldn't stay that low forever. Still a good value though. I've been staying here for years any time I'm in town.
