Pro: very clean apartment, clean bedsheet and duvet. Easy to check-in, owner is accessible even at odd times (we checked in very late at night). We got 4 free access for the waterpark. My kids enjoy the waterpark. It is acceptable with such rate, but definitely the facilities in the waterpark should be maintained regularly. Cons: the king bed is not a king bed, but a 2 single beds joined together. The extra mattress is very poorly maintained (torn) and not useable. The pipe in the master bathroom is not functioning. Return again? Probably, if the above cons points are taken seriously by the owner. Thank you.

Overall good stay but lucky we contact the owner and asked about the booking. He forgotten the booking but managed to get room for us even the stay just around the corner. Respect on his professionalism to handle this situation during peak period.
