Basic hotel in a good local location with helpful staff ”

Loved the local location, nice to be off the beaten track but still a close walk to everything. The staff were great and accommodating they helped when I needed a police report. A regular Breakfast didn’t really exist, we would ask for the ‘included breakfast’ and the staff would go get a dish from the market but everything we had was really tasty and great it just wasn’t an organised thing. The room was very basic and the shower overflowed but had a nice view from a high level.

A very bad experience at My Anh ”

Hotel is out of the way in an alley. Old and moldy and dirty, not like photos on the web. Very inconvenient to get around. One reception staff was so rude that I had to give him a quick lesson in customer service. Don't stay with them.

My Anh Saigon Hotel”

I did not know there were 3 My Anh Saigon Hotels. I based my booking on one picture I saw where the view was from across the street, plus comments that the owners themselves were there and were very helpful. Since I was going with my family, I thought that kind of service would be wonderful. And even if it was a bit far away from the main attractions, I wanted the quiet they offered. The one where we got booked in was apparently at another hotel, and this was located away from the main street. Our first night was spent with two electric fans because the A/C was not working. We were promised a discount for this first night, but it never happened because the person on duty did not speak English very well and could not remember what he said. The A/C was fixed the following day so we did not have to change rooms. The rooms were not big but neither was it too small. The bathroom was okay but not spotlessly clean. There was a fridge but they did not give complimentary bottle water. Breakfast was provided, but you have to order very clearly because they get the orders wrong at times. They will change it, but it's just a waste because they buy the food outside. On Sundays, you have to look for your own breakfast and you will get reimbursed for what you bought, within budget of course. On our next trip, I will probably book at another hotel, although our stay here was definitely memorable. :)

Nice stay”

There was a problem when we arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning as the hotel staff told us that they had an overbooking. We were alreasdy tired and having an argument wont make it easy for us. He transferred us to a nearby hotel free of charge and went back to the hotel in the morning. Despite such earlier problem, we had a nice stay in the hotel. The rooms are big and we had free breakfast. The hotel staff are very nice. Before we left, the staff gave us a refund on our first day stay due to earlier overbooking incident. It was actually nice of them. I would still recommend this hotel to prospective clients. Our stay was great.

Big Room, Simple Breakfast”

Our stay was good, staff is shy but friendly. Location is far from Ben Thanh and also from main street. Breakfast can be better choice, like putting a bread toaster, fruits, fresh milk, a jar of coffee, bread, jam, butter and fried noodle and fried rice. Would make it presentable and simple. Keep it up team. See you again 😊

Quiet place to stay”

Located on a back street so away from the noise of milions of bikes. Clean, friendly staff and if youre lookijng for a no frills hotel this will do the trick

The hotel was a bit tricky to find. But my stay was very good. I was sick on the first day, but they checked on me a couple of times to see if I wanted some food and then they brought me a light meal. I was not charged for this. They also upgraded me to a double room. Probably the only setback was that their English was very limited. But after travelling through Cambodia and Vietnam for 2 months we managed to "converse" OK.

Helle freundliche Zimmer ”

Zentrale Lage, wenn auch etwas versteckt, Restaurants, Massage und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Staff super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein echter Geheimtipp.

Luxus für Budget Reisen ”

Gute Lage. Backpacker-area und die "Standart" Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Ben Tanh oder Warremanents Museeum gut zufuß erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist ohne Navi schwer zu finden (auf unseren Stadtkarten war die Straße nicht eingezeichnet). Das Hotel ist mehr auf Chinesische oder generell Asiatische Gäste abgestimmt, daher auch das eher übersichtliche Frühstück und nicht alle Beschäftigten können Englisch. Zimmer waren sauber wurden jeden Tag geputzt und das Pesonal ist äusserst freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und einwandfrei sauber. Hatten weniger erwartet und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Liegt zwar an einer kleinen aber relativ viel befahrenen Straße, hat uns aber nicht groß gestört. Kleiner Spaziergang zum Partyviertel.
