The hotel failed to live up to expectation. You can see that the material in the room were of poor quality. Was alone and given a connecting room, I can literally hear next room conversation everyday, no privacy at all! Aircon was making noise throughout the night but nothing was able to be done. Disappointed at the quality of the hotel given the brand name

The room is not really clean. The cup is chipped but still to be used.... even gave a feedback but nothing changed, the next day still the cup is there. It's not a 5 star hotel service, hope you can do better.

We enjoyed two nights there. The room was big and clean. The buffet breakfast was great with so many variety. The staff was nice and helpful. We would like to come back.

I feel upset because of the bathroom design. It has no divide between bath area and sink area. Everytime i take a bath the water is flooding whole floor, and it goes down very slow! Also, there is nothing for me to put my shampoo or face wash in bath area, really bad for 5 stars hotel! The staff are enthusiasts and courtesy but there a lot of room for improvement on facilities. Also, they moved rooms for me after complaint but same issue in different rooms.

Good hotel but facilities need to improve”

Things need to improve: - Gym needs AC. - Swimming pool need beer bar and stop open to public. It should be for hotel guests only, not for public. - There's no mirror wall between bathroom and toilet. The whole floor of bathroom will be flooded with water after a shower if you're not careful.

Close to Tan son Nhat airport ”

It is close to the airport but no shutle bus and the breakfast is not good when the hotel use cheap food to cook, also hotel staffs have the break time with guests this is a no..no..for luxury hotel . Room quite big and clean but bathroom is so simple with a small shower head and hot water flow inconsistent instead of rain shower head . Hotel have 18 floors with have enough lifts for guest but all the lift do not link each other in order just one vacancy lift come to you . Therefore I have to press ail 3 lifts to get one close to my floor,it is need urgent a new software to correct the faulty. Luckily, Muong Thanh have a young and happy team compromise the worst . If Muong Thanh willing to change it is high potential to competion with the Windsor Plaza in Cho Lon.

Had quite a good stay at Muong Thanh luxury Saigon. Would not rate it 5 stars though... Pros: price, quite close to the airport, clean room. Cons: Poor variety at the breakfast buffet, small pool, pool bar not open.

My first time staying at Muong Thanh, I would recommend this hotel. It is very close to the airport, the room is charming, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was amiable.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Emailed twice to confirm an airport collection and early access to hotel room . No response even though they received both emails .Not good .
