The best hotel in Ly Son”
We booked a deluxe king room with 01 bed for 2 nights. The room is clean but quite small although it has large bathroom (no bathtub). The facilities are good, and you can't find better hotels out there, since there are handfuls of hotels in Ly Son. The free breakfast are so-so.

Good hotel, good location, value for money”
We stay here for 1 night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and new, except that the design of the bathroom is not practical; the floor is wet after showering as there is no door to prevent water splashing. besides that, the hotel is the most beautiful property on Ly Son island.

New and nice hotel”
Newest & nicest hotel in Ly Son. Room is clean. Staffs are very helpful. My husband had allergic with seadfood at the midnight and there were no taxi at that time. The hotel security guard drove me to every pharmaceutical shops to buy medicine but all shops were closed, finally he took me to the hospital to get the medicine for my husband.

It’s the most expensive hotel of ly son island.But it is undeserved.The staffs are not good at English.perhaps there is a few foreigners visit here.The water of swimming pool is dirty.It seems long time no changed.There is no bathrobe at room.The receptionist said only vip has.crazy,I never met this.everyone can use the swimming pool,why only the vip has bathrobe?And the gyp center only one treadmill.It’s so expensive,why the facilities are not good.And most of time there is no room available,cause numerous tour groups Vietnam come here.So the individuals like me ,we are difficult to book successfully a room.

Best hotel in Ly Son base on my opinion. It's may be a little pricey (compare to other motels and hotels nearby) but it's worth the facilities and services.

My room is an ocean view room, It has the beautiful view to watch sunrise. The price is a bit expensive, but everything is ok, except the morning buffet, the food is bad.

Incredibly hard mattress for a 4 star hotel”
This is my second time staying at this hotel. Last time was 3 years ago. I don't recall the last trip being so restless. However, that was quite some time ago. This trip, I booked for my gf and I to stay for 7 nights in the Executive suite. The hotel is quite nice and nicely decorated . Location is excellent with excellent views. The executive room is very spacious at 66m2 with excellent air conditioning. Negative points: The mattress is a rock hard spring mattress and we were restless for 7 nights. A 4 star hotel should have premium mattress that is comfortable with a mattress topper. The breakfast was very poor. The first 2 days there were only a few guests and we only had a few menu selections which was understandable . Afterwards the when more customers arrived after Chinese New Years, the buffet breakfast was mediocre and few selections. In the executive suite the hotel did provide a nice gesture with a daily complimentary fruit platter but most of the fruit was sour.

One-star service”
I booked the hotel for 3 nights but had to cancel after the first day to return to the mainland because of an approaching storm. The hotel manager REFUSED TO TALK TO US DIRECTLY and he/she told the Agoda staff that they would not give us a full refund. The reason was that they thought we still could take the ferry the next day. BUT THERE WAS NO FERRY the next day due to the really bad weather condition (I checked!). If we had stayed, WE WOULD HAVE GOT STUCK on the island for a few more days and I doubt if Muong Thanh would take responsibility for that. Terrible service!!!! I will NOT suggest Muong Thanh to anyone I know and I don't think I'll ever come back although the hotel was nice and the receptionist (My) was extremely helpful.

Service is low during low season. ”
The location of the hotel is very nice. The hotel seems clean & new with good view. Although, breakfast in low season almost equal zero with only bread, butter & salad (not even jam & tomatoes?). The explanation for that is low season. Food served for dinner in the restaurant is also limited during low season. Only one very local restaurants that we found. They also serve local food. Better come at high season.
