It was a nice place and it was convenient to everything. It had plenty of room for 6 of us.

It was big infested with Palmetto bugs. My 8 year old son woke up in the bed to see a HUGE Palmetto bug in his face. it terrified my children that we had to abruptly leave. We called to complain and was told that we would get a call back. No one called us yet.

Super spacious, clean and love the location, close to beach and other attractions.

We couldn’t use one of the bathroom’s shower on second floor because it would leak downstairs. Twin Beds are not comfortable at all.

Green location! There was plenty of space for the kids to sleep and chill. Everything was clean and organized for the most part. It was also not too far from the beach.

The carpet didn’t smell fresh so there was an odor as soon as we opened the front door!!

Roaches and roach eggs took over the property big cockroaches where found. When I arrived there was no washer and dryer. Blonde hairs where In the bed and towels shower curtain was moldy

The instructions to get the keys after hours

Everything is easy to get to from this location. The pool was okay. It's quiet at night.

Everything. My family stayed there this past week and had a deplorable experience. Although I called to confirm that we would be arriving late, there was no key available for our after hours check-in. My first complaint to the resort was this issue; it was taken care of after an hour or so and was the result of a mixup with another family grabbing the wrong envelope from the after-hours box; it was ultimately settled the following morning. In the light of day, I noticed that the room we received was gross. It was dirty, with stains and spills on the cabinets, dirt on the kitchen floor, stained carpets, hair in the bathroom, and "water bugs". I complained about the first bug sighting and the dirty state of the room to the office. (I do not have a picture of the water bug as I was busy screaming and my husband just killed it and discarded it). They did not seem surprised, and initially told me they couldn't move us because they were booked. I told them my kids were afraid to sleep and we'd put all of our things on top of the furniture for fear of leaving anything on the floor, and they eventually offered to have someone come to the unit and spray; we left the unit so that this could happen. I took their word for it that it had been done. Late that evening and the following morning, we saw two more very large roaches and ended up having to checkout that very day, two days early, because my kids and I were afraid and uncomfortable and weren't able to get to sleep. We were afraid to leave anything on the floor for fear of a roach hiding inside. We checked out two days early. I want a refund. It was the most uncomfortable experience we've ever had on a vacation. I had to actually clean the stove and shower before being able to use them. I actually had to scrape stuck-on food off of some of the cabinets. It was disgusting, and certainly not what I would expect from any "vacation resort". Our vacation was ruined.
