Compact and Comfortable”
I enjoyed my stay at a lower price tag at Agoda, and I'm glad I chose MTree Hotel during my travel. Summary of my stay: Pro: - elegant and modern design of room interior - soft and comfy pillows and quilt - plenty of TV cable shows to be choose from - very fast Wi-Fi signal - clean toilet and bathroom - plenty of room amenities and toiletries - fast response to my request of iron and ironing table - very friendly FO team, efficient F&B and Housekeeping teams - adequate choices of breakfast with savory taste Cons: - mattress was slightly hard - working table is quite small and cramped due to the electric kettle and the drink station (suggest to relocate the drink station on the shelve above the table, leaving only kettle on the table to save space) - narrow access to the safe deposit box and hanger area, due to the side shelve beside the bed - no face towels Despite the minor cons, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will visit again should I travel to the area. Good job MTree team!

Wonderful and Pleasant stay ”
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mtree Hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new (I was told that the hotel only opened in March 2017). The hotel was also gracious enough to provide free breakfast for both me and my companion! Facilities were also brilliant, with a gorgeous pool on the 9th floor and well-furnished and clean rooms.

Superb rooms with great breakfast”
Hotel rooms were tastefully decorated. The queen bed came with 4 pillows and the blanket is really comfortable. Everything feels and looks luxurious without breaking your pocket. The breakfast has a variety of food from asian to weatern cuisine. The hotel is also a walking distance from the mrt station and the big puchong IOI mall is just next to the mrt station.

Good for traveller with own car”
Is a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Only the con is the location. If you not too familiar with Puchong road you will end up round and round in the main road struggle to find the entrance. I have experience that the grab driver unable to find the location and end up cancel my request not 1 but few.

Strategy Location”
MTree Hotel is strategy location whereby is a walking distance to IOI Puchong Mall, MRT and you can get the best food surrounding Mtre Hotel. The only think I don't like is they did not provide face towel, mini fridge and the water flow at the bathroom is super slow. And be careful when take a hot shower as the adjustable tap suddenly so hot and suddenly cold. I having hard time taking shower and it easily flood as the water flow so slow

Good location”
I choose this hotel for my whole family and was very convenient location for us, nearby there is a lot of shop and IOI puchong shopping mall as well... Staff was very friendly but the weakness point is if want to get extra key we need to put deposit Rm50 but luckily we stay a family room 620 so we can get 2 key without any deposit..In meantime i really really enjoyed to stay here , so in future I will be back again and i will recommend my friend to stay here as well 😊

There's Still Room For Improvement”
Staff are very polite and friendliness. Soundproofing is better than expected as it's located exactly beside the highway, totally quiet environment in room. Room is clean as it should be with fast cooling air conditioner. The cons: - There's no hot shower in the room, totally a nightmare while we're expecting to have a warm baths instead of ice-cold while arriving back to the hotel in the night time. We didn't request for room changing as we're already exhausted. Hotel should have check and make sure every single rooms they're providing have hot water functioning normally. - Well this is quite a disturbance when my partner planned to use one of the cup provided in the room just to discover that there's tea stains leftover at the bottom. So make sure you take a good look into the cups before using them. Hope that they will have much improvement in the future. Overall 7.5/10

Nice family room”
We are family with young children. The family room is clean and spacious. The hotel is near to IOI puchong. Good for nearby shopping with kids. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy but good enough. We will be back!

Excellent Stay”
Stayed for a night during a business trip. The room and its amenities were excellent and the hotel itself was within walking distance to LRT Station IOI Puchong. Definitely would stay here again.

Solid choice”
Prices were little bit high during Seagames but hotel was beyond expectation. Can be considered as 4 star. Location is good, a mini mart opposite hotel, few eateries and a very Thai massage nearby. 5 min walk to IOI Puchong LRT and 10 min to IOI mall. Pool is great, good size and view from roof top quite nice. Just no towels available at the pool.

Great hotel with minor improvements ”
Overall, the hotel is a very good hotel with friendly staff and spacious room. The only downside is the sound proof of the room. We can hear the door open or running water from the other room. And the room's door and toilet door are too noisy as they make 'eek eek' sound whenever u open and close the door. As I have young children with me, so these noise are very sensitive to them when they are sleeping. Hope you can improve on this. Definitely recommend this hotel to all of you.

At first when enter into the reception for check in, it took longer time than others hotel. I request for quiet room but being arrange to stay at the room beside have a renovation. After have a nap, reception staff call to offer to change room for me. I understand that because of the event they short of room so after the event finish they arrange another quiet room for me. Its still worth for the money pay for the room ,because its new hotel so everything is in good condition. Reception staff should be improve and have a good training.

Price is good, location is busy”
It's about 1 km to puchong IOI mall. Can walk if u want some air. Lots of food choices along the way, plenty of shops, drinking places and banks. If u are driving, free parking at the hotel, need validation every exit. Room is functional. Nothing extra. No mini fridge, no wardrobe, mini and functional working desk, tv with 14 channels, spacious bathroom, good water pressure on level 8.
