The things we liked- Breakfast was amazing Beautiful gardens and pools Clean beach with nice chairs Cozy furniture on the balcony Delicious coffee and espresso machine in the room They gave us cute gingerbread cookies for Christmas The bathtub and complementary bath salts The amenities were nice and the room was very big Many environmental friendly touches It had many cute things for families to do Things we didn’t like- Obviously it’s a resort and it’s meant for you to stay there and eat all your meals there. There are no restaurants near. Which wouldn’t matter, but the food was very hit or miss and expensive. Service could be slow when you called to ask reception for something. They sell tours to ride elephants and some weird circuses with animals performing. I think the world is starting to turn against elephant riding as it is very cruel. The hotel had many advertisements on the TV for how green and eco friendly they are, but they still sell these exploitative tours. Check in was not good. No one explained where to eat breakfast, the layout of the resort, how to connect to WiFi etc

Our second times. We had 10 people and 1 kid, stayed in 2 villas. Thanks to reception lady for your flexibility and service. Buggy service was good and not good depends on drivers. Some was good and active, some was unfriendly and unhappy. Housekeeping was good cleaning and preparation as well. Restaurant was good service and food. We tried Western food for lunch. Vietnamese food for dinner. Breakfast buffet should be more Vietnamese or local choices compare with other 5-star resorts. But the current food was delicious. We love your Pho. Room service delivery food still warm and fast enough. Spa was closed due to pandemic corona virus. We will come back to try it next time. Beach sand area was so clean, no trashes. Water was warm even 6:30AM. Swimming pool was crowded. But we focus on the beach, so it's fine. Kid playground was closed, may be corona virus pandemic. Summary, satisfied for us this time.

Resort with lots of activities for kids”
Rooms and Villas (we tried both) are spacious, clean and beautiful. Beach was clean and fun to swim in. Lots of water slides for kids, nice kids play room with very attentive staff. Location is nowhere - far from everything besides the airport, suitable for vacation spending time within the resort. Food is good, you can also go eat in the neighboring hotels. Staff are very nice and kind.

We travelled with both young and big kids and the resort facilities are great for their needs of entertaining. The only thing we are very disappointed is the food in restaurant that served us lunch and dinner buffet. Those are the worst buffet ever that you can expect from 5-star resort. The restaurant menu is poor quality and didn't have many choices. It was the 1st time my kids told me there is nothing I can eat in this buffet even the dessert. I hope the resort would improve on this matter soon.

Stay in hotel for three days, the first day, the swimming pool is very dirty, no running water, the second day told the waiter clean swimming pool, and no one to help us clean, however, requires clean swimming pool with them again on the third day, they finally send someone to help us clean the swimming pool, but not be able to use the swimming pool of five hours after disinfection, the pool villa room for three days, and in this way, we don't have to experience their own swimming pool

Nice place for children: lots of activities for them. We were in a villa; very clean and very nice . Just one thing: the food is expensive and not a big variety of dishes. Also, the staff didn't speak English very well . For the price of the night, we expected another service .

It’s outside of downtown and only 5 minutes away from the airport. The private beach is great and beautiful!! But there are details should be done or better. Shower room water flooded while using it and with no ventilator inside. The service overall is okay but asking times for one thing, our extra bed should be ready before getting in but asked for 3 times. Reception kept telling us to take the golf car to the gym or anywhere we are asking but there is no one to serve when we go out or asked to walk!

Room’s floor s not clean, asked to clean but no one do, balcony s same. Food at the restaurant by the beach s lousy. Water slide s for kids above 1.2m but staff recommended for all. This not 5stars but 3 or 4 stars. Better stay at cheapest room at Annam than here

bad management , dirty rooms”
Booked a interconnected room one month before travel date for Lunar New Year at semi good price. Got canceled by the resort ( they email tell me to reply in 39mins or would cancel my stay, email me on the last working day before the Lunar NY break). Have to rebooked at much higher price, because we travel with kids and grandparents, don’t want any changes. Besides, rooms are dirty. The 2nd room comes with a sofa bed, request the whole days for blanket and pillow, finally they gave us pillows and blanket without covers, ewwww, in the mist of corona virus pannic for real??? Next days they find some covers for us. Bad bad management, beautiful pools, untrained staff, dirty room floors
