As a recently completed hotel, the facilities were up to date and good. And, above all, the friendly staff was good. But, due to the small number of restaurants in operation, meals at the hotel were not satisfactory during the Lunar New Year holidays.

Nice hotel but poorly trained staff”
Transport Prior to booking, they informed that they will give free transport. But closer to the checkin date, they only then inform that it only runs every 2 hours. Our flight lands only 5minutes passed the pickup time, and they informed us they can only wait 5 minutes. No problem with the room, we all enjoyed it. Food is Average, not disappointing. But the problem is, the staff in this hotel are not properly trained. This is not to discredit them, but when you go to a 5 star resort, you expect the staff to also be 5 star. Here are the reasons why I say they are not properly trained, 1. early check in the staff did not offer any assistance by checking room availability and just said "our hotel policy is 3pm checkin" 2. They do not know how to properly address people Female guests were called Sir multiple times by multiple staff 3. Staff in breakfast Many staff did not properly greet their guests. They just took notes of our room number and didnt do anything else. Egg station staff did not know what a scramble egg is, and no one collects dirty dishes. 4. Check out checkout took 15minutes. They wanted to charge us for sun screens we didnt even know existed because it was not there. Staff never apologized. Also, after paying for our bill, reception asked me to change her cash to smaller ones. 5. Buggy driver buggy driver was agressively driving that multiple guests were afraid to be hit. This is an honest review of our experience. Will I recommend this to a friend? Sadly no, because the staff must be properly trained how to properly communicate and handle different situations in order to give 5 star service. I have been to many top resort in Phu Quoc and their staff are properly trained to give not only a professional service but also an exceptional one. I hope staff will be properly trained as the resort carries a name and has huge potential

Movenpick is a newly built modern resort with a nice beach. However, the beach was windy with big wave at the moment so that we couldn't swim. The swimming pool is an excellent alternative, it has nice view. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

旧正月休暇で利用させていただきました。 2019年オープンとあって施設はとても綺麗でした。以下、良かった点、悪かった点を箇条書きで挙げさせていただきます。 ＜良かった点＞ ・キッズルームは広々としてスタッフも数人常駐。しっかり遊んでいただけて子供達は大満足 ・ジムも同様に広く、最新式のランニングマシンが５台もあったのは嬉しかったです ・朝食のビュッフェは毎日内容が変わるので日々美味しく楽しくいただきました ・プールは広くてのんびり使えます満足度は高かったです ・海の透明度はかなり高く、小さい魚やヤドカリとの遭遇率は高いです ＜イマイチだった点＞ 一方で、利用客が集中して混雑していたことや長い社会隔離期間 (21年7-9月) を経ての再開ということもあるのか、全体的にスタッフに余裕が感じられず、彼らから生まれるホスピタリティはイマイチに感じました。 ・ウェルカムドリンクを提供された直後に、部屋へ送ると急かされた(笑) ・場内移動に使われるバギーの飛ばしすぎ（歩行者への配慮がほしい） ・ハウスキーピング終了後、玄関のドアが開けっぱなしだったことが一度 ・自転車の貸出サービスで、空きが出たら連絡してほしいとお願いしましたが、連絡なし (後日、エントランスに停めてあったものをこちらから申し出てお借りしました） ・（オーダーをしていないのに）ルームサービスを持ってきたよ、部屋の前で待ってます、という電話が一度 ・バスルーム清掃の後、足ふきマットの置き忘れが一度 ・少し悲しかったのは、ルームサービスの食事があまり美味しくなかった…（パッタイは甘さが足りず、カルボナーラは塩が足りず…） ・ルームサービスのメニューは選択肢も少なかったですね（ロングステイを狙うなら、メニューの充実は必至） ・プールに隣接するAura Restaurantも同様にメニュー数が少なかった (パスタがまさかのベトナムフレーバーｗ）

良い点。 湖の側にあり、遊歩道を散策したりランニングしたりと、とても良い時間を過ごせます。 部屋も綺麗です。ジップラインや滝などのアクティビティにもタクシーで5分程の好立地。 悪い点。 レストランはローカル向けで全く美味しくありません。 シャワー、お風呂のお湯がぬるま湯しか出ずかなり不満です。

숙소 청소상태가 안좋음”
2층짜리 풀빌라에 투숙했는데 일단 식탁에 접시 컵등 자국이 남아있었다 아예 식탁을 닦지 않은거 같음. 개미가 너무 많음. 바닥 타일도 닦지 않은듯 얼룩이 많아 아기가 맨발로 걸어다니게하기 찝찝했다. 다음날 청소를 다시 해달라고 요청. 제일 경악한건 화장실에 화장지 케이스에 있는 새 화장지가 변기물에 빠졌던거같다. 노란 물에 젖었다 말라있었음. 하수구는 물이 잘 내려가지 않음. 직원들은 친절했다. 메인 식당 직원은 아기 식탁 의자를 계속 가져가도 되냐고 물어봄. 안된다고 했는데 또 와서 베트남 말로 물어보고 가져가버림. 다음날은 또 가족이 조식 음식을 가지러 간사이에 의자 가져가도 되냐고 물어봄. 뻔히 식기가 있는데도 말이다.
