you won't have any staff to guide you. Confused with the location. Also didn't have the email from the owner earlier before starting on the trip, got the email with instructions on the same day. Owner was good thereafter.

1. House is not clean enough, still got spider web & worm. 2. self check in using PIN number but did not inform guest after owner have changed their password and keep guest waiting without answering the call for 10 mins. Improvement are needed.
