Great place to stay ”
We loved our stay here, wish it could have been longer! Mora boutique Hotel is just beautiful and perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles, it’s a sure sign of happy staff! Our room was lovely, nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable, great shower. So nice and clean. Complimentary water, snacks and coffee. There is a washing machine and dryers for guest use which was a nice surprise and was a blessing as we had washing to do. The pool area is such a nice spot to relax. Breakfast, wow, just wow. Was amazing, Great menu to choose from and all served with a smile. As mentioned staff were so friendly, makes it a great place to stay when you are greeted with a hello smile. Roof top bar is also very good, they make a pretty good Mojito. We would return to Chiang Rai just to stay here again. If you are debating, don’t just book it, you won’t regret it!

Absolute Paradise ”
Mora Boutique Hotel is the best place we have ever stayed at. Service Staff food bar pool spa and Accommodation are all 5 star . The amazing staff were there to help with anything we needed and also booked a wonderful day trip to the White temple Buddha and tea plantation and the price was great .The rooms are beautiful with everything you need and the bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds . Mora is walking distance to many sites etc the clock tower markets restaurants . If you like there is a complimentary shuttle bus to town as well as complimentary snacks. Please don't stay any where else you will love this place and all it has to give like we did. We will definitely return to this wonderful Boutique Hotel

Exceptional boutique hotel”
This is an exceptional boutique hotel, offering comfort, beautifully appointed rooms, a very high standard of service, great breakfasts and lovely grounds. There are only 25 rooms and the level of personal service and interaction with the hotel management and staff to ensure our stay was first class, happy and comfortable was second to none. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It's also in a great location, in the heart of Chiang Rai City but in a quiet street, and within a short walking distance to the Night Bazaar, and main city activities and attractions.

Even it is a boutique hotel, the service is in between 4 to 5 star hotel. The room is simple, clean and spacious. Hotel is quite attention to detail hence it has well equipped with a lot of reliable appliances like air con is Daikin, hair dryer is 2000W philips. The bathroom is awesome as water is super strong, shower head will not have over heat issue and offer good skin care branded products. The room offer a small coffee and snack bar which is fresh and delicious. If return to Chiang Rai, will consider to stay again as the place is convenience. Next street has many local food store and it is just 15 mins from night market.

The Mora boutique goes above and beyond in several areas. The facility is beautiful, centrally located, quiet and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and someone is always on duty that speaks English. There is a nice pool and a great restaurant and bar. When I arrived, I felt like an honored friend-a full staff greeted me in reception, offered a beverage and explained procedures. There was the right mix of when to help and when to back off. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and offered free snacks and beverages. The bath has shower and tub! I felt like a queen for the weekend!

One of the highlights of our holiday”
Mora Boutique is a 5-star hotel and it shows. When we checked-in, the procedure was fast and the staff very welcoming. They gave us a welcome drink and showed us to our lovely big room. The breakfast is à la carte and the most delicious food is served with a wide choice (eggs cooked in all ways possible, Thai food, etc). At the end of our stay their shuttle took us to the bus station as we requested. All in all a very positive experience.

Love this hotel. Hotel staffs are super friendly and always eager to help. This is my first trip to Thailand, The hotel and staffs added lots of happy memories and happiness in my trip. Staffs gave us lots of good advice and ideas on where to visit. saved us lots of time. For breakfast, they have a wide selection. A lady recommend us to try their Thai foods. Really glad that we listened, it was really YUMMY. Room are beautiful and bed is real comfy, I always have a hard time to fall asleep. But their bed can made me sleep in a sec. In Mora, we experienced the warm hospitality of Thai. highly recommend to everyone.

Feel like home at Mora even it’s our first stay. The hotel itself deserves highest score on environment, decor and cleanliness. The hotel is in a good location, fairly near the start of the walking street and other attractions like clock tower etc were within 15-30min walk. There is also a complimentary service to the night bazaar. What was stellar was the hospitality of the hotel staff. They are always there to help and have a smile ready for you. We arranged for a private tour with the hotel, as well as rented a motorcycle which was sent to the hotel. Will definitely stay at Mora if we go back to Chiangrai!

Had a lovely stay at the Mora. The room was lovely, the staff very friendly, they provide complimentary shuttle services to the town centre and the airport on request. The hotel has a nice pool and deck area, spa and a rooftop garden. Enjoyed my stay very much.

From the first moment when you arrive until you leave, you are treated as a special guest. As we were leaving it started to rain heavily. The staff ensured that both we and our baggage were dry as we entered our car. The breakfast was great with many delicious choices. In addition to a laundry service, there was a free washer and drier for our needs. The room was spacious and had cable service with English channels. WiFi was also good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel opened in Nov 2018. Staff very attentive without being a nuisance. Facilities first class. Food excellent and location brilliant (free hotel shuttle into town and airport). Hotel definitely has that new feel, laid out very well and the room we had was excellent.

I booked this Hotel for 2 nights as the picture looked great, I can honestly say that as great as the pictures are they do not do it justice, it is beautiful. I can only think the prices will increase as more people stay here. The place is spotless, the breakfasts are wonderful with fresh cooked options to order, can also recommend afternoon tea on the terrace which overlooks the city - which is free. We borrowed bikes to look around the city which were also free and made good use of the free washing machines and driers as we had been trekking. The gym is well equipped and a surprise as not many hotels have them. It so good I booked another night as we do not want to leave this oasis of calm. The staff are really lovely especially the lady on reception, you will not be disappointed by anything if you stay here I highly recommend it

Spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast with variety of choices. Complimentary drinks and snacks inside the room, nice afternoon tea at the roof top restaurant. Free shuttle bus to night market and nearby temples. Their massage therapists are professional and I really enjoyed the spa at the hotel. I paid the bill by cash and I even got 3 % more discount. The staff are very helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Chang Rai again.

The hotel had excellent design, was superbly clean with excellent food. What made it out stand was they had thought of all the little things: free mini bar and snacks, interesting fruit in the room, shuttle service to the town (only £ mins walk away), laundry room, free bikes. The service was perfect and unobtrusive too.
