Smelly room”

The room smelt like mould, the fridge didn't work and we had to keep it closed because the smell in there was uncontrollable. The bed was noisy to even move on and the "duvet" was basically a blanket for a single bed.

Near the bus station going to Cambodia”

Stayed here because it is near the bus station on my way to Cambodia which is just across the street. Had a hard time locating it because it is deep inside a small alleyway with a gate. Wouldn’t know it is open for everyone until I tried my luck. Everyone I asked hardly spoke English but they tried to help me at least. The building had no elevators so you need to carry your things. The room feels homey and laidback. Do not expect it as a modern guesthouse but it provides all the basic needs.

Ecellent Hotel in the Best location”

This hotel is located in the best location, near the park and far from Ben Than market and Pham Ngu Lao street by 5 minutes walk and it's inside the hotels lanes that very quiet for staying. But the hotel closed after 10pm, still not much bad because they have someone waited sleeping at the door for you to call late night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I'll go to Ho Chi Minh, I'll stay here again.

I booked Minh Thien hotel but the room was actually in another hotel nearby. Pro: very nice room, good standard, good size, great value for money, very central, friendly staff Cons: no lift, noisy fridge

not bad but I would prefer to stay around Bui Vinh street where all the tourist need is there.

Cheap”

This hotel is a budget hotel and as such it ticks the boxes. Its reasonably clean, the aircon worked and the bed (although quite firm) was not too hard. The rooms actually looked quite nice and photograph well. Staff were a little surly (possibly because they assumed I didnt speak any vietnamese) except for the woman who cleaned the rooms who always smiled and said hello.

Cheap basic small hotel in good location in HCMC”

Very basic room in a small alley surrounded by a few other budget hotels. The nearby main street has a lot of places to eat, some 24hrs, and lots of boutiques and shops. Ben Thanh market is within walking distance and so is the main backpacker area. There are other hotels almost of the exact same basic quality nearby but they are not on agoda or on the internet, you have to just walk in and get essentially t. he same place for cheaper but this is a good place to start. Room is in an old building but clean and comfortable if you like very firm beds. There is no food at this place so you have to find meals nearby in the area. Staff didn't speak much English at all.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, no lift”

Small room, but the staff made it a pleasant stay ”

We stayed there for 5 days, then left for the beach. The staff offered to keep our stuff so that we wouldn't have to carry our huge luggages with us while travelling to other cities. When we came back after 5 days, the stuff were returned, clean and nicely packed. We stayed for another 3 days after that. The room's size is okay and the room is clean. Staff were extremely and incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive! It made our stay pleasant and more comfortable. Definitely recommend this to budget travellers!

Tolles, großes Zimmer”

Zu dem Minh Thien Hotel, gehörte noch ein weiteres Hotel, in dem wir untergebracht waren. Beide liegen in einer ruhigeren Seitenstrasse. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hatte ein Fenster und war sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

雖說是新酒店但比想像中舊 房內物品折舊很快 但還是蠻乾淨 附近有food court非常方便 也有街市可行 出入也是的士代步問題不大
