It's located in District 10, we can reach China Town in District 5 and Ho chi Minh City center in district 1 within 15 minutes, surrounding area is not bad, We stayed 6 nights there. Our room deluxe double is not too small also clean, Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was nice, the staff don't speak English very well and didn't understand much of what we were saying. I had booked a Deluxe double room (that comes with a view), but they put us in a superior double without a view and a much smaller room. To their credit, they acknowledged the error and gave us complimentary massages and access to the sauna & spa treatments. The dining area is still being completed at the time of this review. Well worth it in the end, but please hire English speaking staff.

Best value hotel ”

Located on a busy street of district 10, convenient to all the local eateries and stores. The property was recently remodeled according to a staff, so it is clean and well kept. Highly recommend it. Best hotel for your money.

Value for money ”

I have been coming back to Vietnam quite often . This is my fist time at this hotel , it was good , the staffs are friendly . My room is clean . Worth the price , compared to other hotel which had the same room rate but only 1 star hotel . Will come back on my coming up trip

You should not expect too much with your free breakfast. There were a few things I felt the hotel was a bit slack with. No laundry request form and when I asked for one they couldn’t understand what I was asking for. Safe in room was locked closed. Asked at reception to have this opened and they said they would send somebody up. Nobody arrived so I was unable to use the safe. All mine are things, but just with noting. Went to the spa for feet massage but only men do foot massage and for me most definitely not acceptable

Great value, tidy room”

only complaint was the bed was very hard, and the street noise a little loud - but this is a major issue all over Vietnam, and had the same problems in many more expensive hotels. It is probably one of the best rooms I have seen for the price (especially given its fairly central location).

Nice breakfast with view and safe box”

Hotel was very clean. Good water pressure. Breakfast on the 7th floor had a great view and the pho was great. Even though this the cooks didn't speak English everybody was great and very accommodating to help you. What I found nice was that it had a safe in your Room which a lot of hotels in saigon just have a wooden drawer with the key in this actually was a metal Box that was bolted down.

Good Hotel & Service”

This is a good hotel. The room is quite spacious & all the facilities are in pretty new conditions. Customer service is great. This hotel is a famous place for massage among local people. Male customers would be happy with this. In general, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

this is my 5th time booking this place. near to district 1. nice food around the the hotel and there is a phone shop just stone throw away for prepaid topups.

Almost good”

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is nice but there’s some really uncomfortable smell and kinda dry. Wish they had a mini humidifier. The shower need to be fixed so the water won’t be flowed over . Restaurant windows should be closed to keep the air conditioner instead of those fans , there many bugs were hanging out by the dessert area. Definitely will be back but wish all the problems will be solved.

Overall pleasant stay. Room was spacious (good for 2), well furnished (looks new). Location is just 20mins from the airport.

The staff is creepy and makes you feel unsafe”

The reception gossiped about us with 3 visitors of the spa. We overheard them say what room we were staying and they tried to follow us in the elevator. When we called for a taxi, the porter aggressively pushed us to use his friend's car, and even damaged the trunk of our own taxi. They straight out refused a refund even for just one night although we never set foot in the room.

Barely able to communicate but has potential”

Nice hotel, must be only recently open as the restaurant was still bare with no finishings. Rooms are good but we had no window at all. All staff really need to improve their English skills if the hotel is to attract international customers. Barely able to communicate at times. Also the payment for the spa treatments was not very clear and may leave to embarrassing situations for the customer, myself included. I suggest you charge the going rate for the treatments when you leave and the bonus slips given are literally that, the amount you would like to tip the member of staff. A lot of improvement needed but has the potential.
