Excellent location ”

I stayed during Coronavirus period. So the price is verycheap for its superb location which is just directly beside Sunway Lagoon and above Sunway Pyramid. The room is indeed large can accomodate 5 persons and they provide extra bed in case you need it. Its basically studio with kitchen as well. Bathroom is big and you can choose to shower or taking bath.

You get the entire package in this suite. Large balcony fronting the main highway, a large floor area, fridge, water heater, flat screen TV, microwave oven + electric stove. You name it it's got it. Only cons I think are, the TV only shows local channels, and the the shower needs upgrading.

Is safety for single lady to stay, but no water heater in the morning, my young child and senior citizens couldn’t take cold water in the morning. It is inconvenient to my family members

Unit is clean. Comfortable mattress & pillows.. Prompt reply from in charge person & he has good job knowledge. Big shopping mall is just downstairs. Perhaps owner of the unit should inform the building management about weak water pressure. Will choose this unit again for future visit.

Location is a plus as its connected to sunway pyramid. Lots of eateries outside as well. Checking in & out was fast

Noisy & No Service”

A/C condensing unit next to window is very noisy(45-50db) and basically no peace at night. Housekeeping - no towel provided for day 1 (until I have to ask & wait for it) at 8pm. Day - 2, make-up room but towel was removed and is not replace. Housekeeper on floor is not friendly and said, it’s not her problem. Facilities are old & tired. Think 5 times before choosing this hotel.

There are several hosts at this apartment building. This operator is the better one. He keep the suites in better condition However some utensils are missing compared to previous trip.

Dirty and not comfortable”

The picture different from website, the fridge still have dirty mineral water , the bedsheet got dust and abit dirty , not recommend to others people

Requested for early check-in promised as said by the agent nothing at the end. Asked if the stove is working in room cause we planned to cook and was told that it for soft cook only 💩 lol..... When I got to the room the stove didn't even worked 😂😂 and I even requested for wifi password the agent didn't even had the concern to tell me the password. Overall the place was fine just a little revamp on kitchen would be nice and change to pic whose incharge of the customer service would improve the place

walking distance to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid Mall. Anyway, i prefer staying at hotel for the money that i have paid.

The room is clean and big but quite dark. Poor wifi network Still this price is quite reasonable One thing is the staff suddenly on top charged us for tourist tax which suppose inclusive to what we have paid to agent, be cautious

Just beside the amusement park”

Simple and nice. It’s just that quite tricky to check in since doesn’t have its own counter.

the room is full of dust. it might be maybe long time never has client check in and they never clean the room for long time
