Big room with affordable price”
I like the space of the room. It's quite big and close to the airport. I moved there in the last day in Paris since it is next to the airport and I don't need to rush on the day flying back. The furniture is a bit old, the lock in my room is half broken but the rest are good.

We had a fella called phillipe on the front desk couldn’t do enough for us . The female front desk was very rude on a different shift too him but phillipee was fantastic.would highly recommended too anyone having a weekend break

Unfriendly Staff’s behavior ”
Staff’s behavior at reception desk , especially ladies , were not professional . You can’t see even a little smile on their faces . At first welcome and also at time of check out , we didn’t see any friendly manner from women at reception . I thought maybe I was debtor to women personnel . In my mind , these kind of staff can easily destroy credit of hotel and bring the label and level of hotel’s star to a downgrade level because the guest of each hotel , at first time of presence see manner of staff . For this reason as an important item and also some another items , I never ever will come back or reserve any room at this hotel even with an 90% discount .

It really a nice hotel with an old furniture and acceptable location near the hotel. There are some issues which it will not be good for the guests to such a hotel like waiting for along time to solve a simple issue with the receptionist as there are no enough people there. The housekeeping are not making the room , they entered my room and took everything from the refrigerator despite of hanging the green sing to ask them to make it. I talked to the receptionist about the issue but nothing happened then.

Des dépenses cachés qui ne sont pas informer. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres aucune des chambre n'ont pas de climatisation et ne pouvont non plus changé de chambres. Nous êtions obligés de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Terrible, je ne le recommande pas du tout...

Nous avons tellement bien accueilli, l hote qui nous a accueilli était superbe gentille à l écoute, sociable , merci . Les chambre son spacieuse et le lit très très confortable au point de trop dormir. Superbe séjour. Dommage qu il n yavais pas de jaccuzzi , sauna et hammam.

Les navettes gratuites ne sont plus disponibles après 22h00 à l'arrivée. Les taxis ne veulent pas s'y rendre. Ou alors à un prix exorbitant sans facture!

L'accueil réservé tres décevant, la réceptionniste de nuit Roza très désagréable, pas du tout accueillante et manque de profesionalisme. Heureusement que l'équipe du matin a été plus agréable pour remonter la note, mais je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung an sich. Hat aber keinerlei Informationen wann wo was sie anbieten. Paris Zentrum gut erreichbar von Hotel aus zum Flughafen mit gratis Shuttlebus dann Metro alles insgesamt ca 1h. Frühstück was ok.
