Staffs were helpful. Place was nice and clean but don’t expect more, you get what you paid. WIFI connection is very poor but it’s understandable the place is in secluded area, even my mobile services is out. Very nice place to stay if you want to get out from busy days. The scenery is priceless.

GREAT VIEW.. DO NOT BRING HUGE LUGGAGE...”
our 2nd time here and we brought the kids. it was raining when we reach and it was so cold. good luck if u bring huge luggage down and up the stairs. do note theres no tv and wifi sucks. just enjoy nature.. beware of the many dogs. but harmless. it just nuisance, there's one day that we came back and theres a dog sleeping in front of my MIL room. my husband have to go to the reception area to call someone to shoo the dog.

Best hotel for price & location”
Room was hobbit sized (head was a hand away from the ceiling) but clean and tidy. Plenty of electricity sockets. Bedding, bathroom etc was clean, kettle provided. Hot shower available, but takes a few minutes to heat up and can run out faster than expected. No wifi in room, poor phone reception. The floor is cement throughout... wear thick socks! The bathroom floor is also cement - slippers are provided. Toilet has no bidet - classic style here. To those driving here, be warned that coming up/down from the main road to the hotel rooms can be tricky (one lane cement road) & parking can be difficult. Didn't try food here though.

Good value, comfortable room with great view of Mount Kinabalu ”
A 5 min taxi from the entrance gate of the National park this felt like a good option compared to the very expensive Sutera accommodation in the park itself. Without a car you wouldn't really bother to go out again in the evening as there is nothing near by so we ate at the onsite restaurant which was really good and amazing value especially compared to the main restaurants within the park. Done rooms have a view of the mountain from their balcony but you also get amazing views from the far end of the car park.

This was my second time here at Mile 36 Lodge, again booked room 20. It's like a tiny house, so cute! Staffs were friendly, the room was cozy, the bedsheets, blankets, pillows, towels were all clean! Hot shower was provided too. Surrounded by beautiful nature, you can enjoy the beautiful green forest, singing birds and of course the majestic Mount Kinabalu as well! Totally recommended! Keep up the good work!

Cosy, simple, near Kinabalu Park”
Just 15 min walk to the Kinabalu Park entrance, this is a good location. Good value considering the location with some rooms offering Mt Kinabalu views (if the clouds clear!). Simple breakfast included. Friendly staff and very clean. There are several cats and dogs roaming around that are very friendly.

Nice view and appropriate place to stay. It just that the staff cut the grass with grass cutter and it made such an annoying and nuisance noise when you expect to have a serenity and tranquil ambience for the money you spent

Great place to stay!”
We stayed in Double Deluxe Mountain View for 2 nights. The room was great but the ceiling was leaking and the rain got into our room so we had to put pail under the leakage. The water heater wasn't hot so cold water for 2 nights. Lol. For breakfast, it was 'first come, first serve' basis. You lambat then no more food.
