Exceptional”
One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Room was superb; spacious and clean. Friendly staffs. The breakfast was amazingly delicious. Location is great too. Located by the bay, and there were restaurants & a funfair along the bay. Walking distance to the mall, about 500m away. They even provide a shuttle service to the mall every hour. Its great especially when you feel lazy to walk under the sun in the noon :) Will definitely be my no. 1 choice place to stay the next time I'm back here.

So we got transferred.”
We booked this place specifically because it is near the Arena (we were going to attend a concert), it was near! Just walking distance. However upon check in, we were advised to be transferred to their other hotel which is on the other side (far from arena side), but they transferred me via their shuttle which was good. I did not experience the Microtel Hotel, but the other hotel which is TRYP. It was an amazing hotel, 4 star hotel, everything is okay except that the keycard given to me did not work in our room, thank goodness when I got in there was a housekeeper was around and lend me his keycard that works inside the room. I used that in my entire overnight stay. Buffer breakfast was okay. They provide free shuttle service every hour from hotel to Moa and vice versa. Another thing though, I was calling front desk at 9PM and no one answered.

Great location for airport access”
Stayed one night with my family due to a connecting flight. The hotel was easily accessible from the airport. Staff were great at assisting us with our luggage. Rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was good. Note that some amenities had to be requested rather than being readily available in the room (e.g. slippers, shampoo, etc.) and water and ice are from a centralised dispenser, like a motel.

It was our 2nd time to stay in Microtel by Wyndham Mall of Asia (1st National Convention for Interior Designers and the just concluded 47th UAP Nat'. Convention). And as always, we have good experiences with our stay. Price: Very cost-friendly; very practical; fits in our budget :D Location: Very practical for its just beside the church, SMX, IKEA & MOA, a 15 minute walk Staff: Very courteous, friendly and always-always greet us with their warm smiles Amenities: Dining area and food was great. Swimming pool not that big but enough to enjoy the view. Microtel by Wyndham MOA is highly recommended and this hotel will always be my top choice within this area.

Pros - near mall of asia, they also have a shuttle to bring you there and vice versa, out dated but clean rooms, excellent customer service, guards greet us always everytime we leave and enter the premises.l, fast and efficient check in and check out. Microtel with Family”
Our stay was pleasant. It was a quick check in. Parking space is available. The room was clean. Basic necessities are offered such as water, coffee, dental kits and soap, body wash and shampoo. There is hot water available. We had a pleasant view of the city. And the hotel is easily accesible to the mall, restaurants and bay area.

2 nights stay was pleasant”
We were surprised to find our room to be spacious and nice. My friend and I stayed here because of an event we are attending at a nearby hotel and we made the right decision to book here. We didn't avail the breakfast but it always smelled so great when we pass by in the morning. The only thing to note was only 1 elevator was working at the time so it took a while to go up and down the room floors. But it was a good stay and we were comfy during our 2 nights at Microtel MOA. Definitely the one of the best Microtel properties I've stayed in.

Stayed with friend for a weekend here and stay was very pleasant. We had fun and the facility makes it easy for us to go around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Its clean and easy to find. Nice view of the sunset on our room.

Helpful staff”
The staff very helpful. I don’t have a grab apps working the lady on the desk offer to get it for me and have my ride to airport cheaper. The guy who check my room before I chrvk out of as also very helpful. Awesome staff always very accommodating. I forgot to ask her name but she work last July 3 @ 4 am same with the entrance guest officer help me with my luggage etc. excellent service. Might be a small thing for them but for us travelers it’s very helpful and convenient. Thank you.

The staff attentiveness and kindness was exceptional. Special mention goes to Ann ( Front Desk) who voluntarily printed my connecting flight ticket, RT-PCR result and the BOQ Certificate. Carla’s sincerity and the Filipino tradition of a welcoming attitude. I just cannot remember all of their names but their service was exceptional. Their pinakbet and garlic rice is so good. Their in-house kitchen Chef is so accommodating to the way you want your food cooked

If you want a decent priced, clean rooms and good breakfast without spending an arm and a leg I recommend staying here. It is a short walk to MOA and the surroundings. The staff are friendly, clean rooms, check in is smooth and breakfast is good.

This is out second time to stay here and its as fantastic as the first (plus for the surprise Birthday cake! Pros: -great location, near to malls -new look of rooms, looks like its newly renovated and I love the wooden floors -great view, bay view is the best -great staff, very accommodating -great rooftop scenery Cons: Non at all Will stay again here this February 2020!

Very professional stuff from the guards to the front counter all the way to the restaurant. They give us excellent service to name a few at the restaurant like Jami, Jimcil so friendly and they know their foods 😉 We like the "kare-kare, Jami was right its their best seller on the menu we had it 3 times while we we're their for 4 nights. It's the best kare-kare 😋😋😋

Everything works ”
Everything about this hotel just works. Fast and seamless check-in, a nice water dispenser on every floor outside the lift, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Water pressure is good and toilet is able to flush well and a nice hot and cold shower. The aircon also works well and the TV has cable channels. The location is amazing, just a walk away from MOA. The in room dining service from Millies is also amazing. Everything we ordered tasted good. It is also affordable and card payment is accepted and paid when they deliver the food to your room. Overall, a very pleasant experience and this is my first choice if I am going back to Manila.

Location is very good. ”
Location is very good since this is near the MOA seaside. We got a great view of the bay and the MOA eye as well. So better request the rooms in front of Conrad. The beds are comfortable. The amenities in the room are just right. S Maison is just a walk away. There's Alfamart where to buy items that you forgot to bring. Water dispenser is available so refilling water is not a problem. The swimming pool at the roofdeck is a little bit small. Though we weren't able to use it. The staff are friendly too.

Standards maintained”
I've been a regular guest in Microtel MOA since 2014 and I've always appreciated the Hotel brand. You can expect it to have certain standard whenever you check in. This year, my company booked 6 rooms (wanted more but they're always fully booked), and, as always, the same high standard is guaranteed. Rooms cleaned and maintained properly, check in was painless, and Millie's food is very good! Would like to commend the front desk staff (Sam) who was very accommodating even after we caused some confusion with bookings. As long as Microtel maintains its service standards, we will continue to patronize its business, despite the growing number of competitors around the MOA area. Keep it up!
