8th June, 2019: On the 4th of Raya celebration, I booked Merdeka Suites Hotel for my family members because the hotel is Apartment type facilities. Rooms: And the unit consist of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with attached bathroom) and spacious living room with kitchens facilities, complete with freezer, cooking tools, electric kettle for making hot water, there were cabinets like store, dry area next to kitchen, balcony. Cleanliness: overall the apartment rooms is clean, including bathroom and all area. The facilities itself also clean and so convenience. Service: Friendly and helpful staff, car parking so convenient and plenty. Deposits RM100 (return upon checkout). Overall, the hotel is very suitable for family, groups & even couple. In term of price, the hotel rates are so reasonable, the cheapest among apartment style hotel around Miri, can say with 5 stars quality. I fully recommended to all especially with families (the 3 bedrooms apartment unit is the best choice).

Pros: big space, quiet, between airport and town. Cons: nil for our stay. Just a feedback: there’s a rusty steamboat pot, should be changed or remove.

-The living room is spacious. -Mall next door is closed-Merdeka mall -Nearby gas station (Petronas at front, Shell at the left) -Need to further improve on toiletries-cos towels provided is worn out, frayed and the soap, shampoo is placed inside a dispenser -The electric kettle in the kitchen need to be regularly cleaned or replaced as necessary -Flooring in the rooms use carpet, living room and kitchen is using tiles -Limited channels to watch on TV -Recommended place to stay for big families (with average demand😃)

Although it is quite far from city centre,but this hotel offers unlimited comfort for travellers espescially family with young children to unwind after long hours journey. Additionally, this property is well guarded and guest's vehicle will surely be safe here. Futhermore, cleanliness plays important part to make this hotel a splendid spot to rest.

Ideal for friends and family for a relaxing time ”
It is a comfortable apartment. Big and spacious. The staff are very helpful in every way even if there is a little difficulties in communication. The bathrooms need to be fixed. There are 'water' leaking from the toilet bowls, which make the floor constantly wet. However, we have a good and relaxing time there. There are supermarkets just across the road. Oh, bring your own potato chips - LAYS, RUFFLES, Mark & Spencers,etc if you must. There isn't any really there in the shops, even in the city. . :)

The room is spacious, clean but need to replace some of its broken furniture. Not sure if all the room got broken furniture. Overall, its a good places to stay with affordable price.

During RCMO the SOP were followed strictly during check in i.e temperature monitoring and registration. Need some improvememt on the kitchen utensils and maybe can provide washing machine and dryer.
