Central location good value for money”

Handy hotel to all of central Wellington. Modern and comfortable rooms. Have adjoining rooms if needed too. Parking is a little difficult as only 2 hr options but they do have other options if needed.

Great location and good sized rooms”

I picked this hotel as it was centrally located within the CBD, was at a good price and looked good on the Agoda site. I wasn't disappointed and was very impressed with the welcome and being able to leave our luggage as we were there earlier than check in time. the room was very well proportioned and had the added advantage of the room being separate to the lounge. The room was very clean and tidy and looked like it had been well maintained. Very close to Cuba Mall and all the eateries in Courtenay Place which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be staying there in the future.

Great location”

ticked all the boxes of a great hotel within the wellington cbd. friendly helpful staff which is a bonus. very central for the businesses we have in the cbd making it easy to get to get around. room was clean, tidy and well maintained with the bonus of having the bedroom separate from the lounge.

Great little hotel in a great little Capital”

This hotel was ideally suited to my brief Wellington visit. Easily booked and easily found and easily enjoyed. Shame I was so hurried and couldn't dwell longer.

Friendly service with tidy rooms ”

First of all, the location is excellent relative to the price per night. It is close enough to the waterfront and shopping. It is certainly very competitive compared to other hotels in the same area. The studio was very tidy, clean and was comfortable to stay in. The staff were helpful and room service was great.

Great location”

Great location, lots of eatery place downstairs. The room is reasonable size, but rather old fittings. I will still choose this hotel my next trip back to Wellington for value for money.

We just had one night here and it was perfect. Very friendly staff, floor 13 so great views and quiet from any street noise. The kitchen was small but had everything you would need if you chose to cook. Great powerful shower. Bedroom was comfortable and a good size bed for 2 people. The location is the biggest pull for this hotel it's so central you could walk to everything.

Great value, fantastic location”

Excellent value for money. Very clean room, serviced fully every day. Very practical with the usual mod-cons except perhaps a cooker & sink which you might expect in an apartment room. Staff were also very helpful.

Decent , centrally located hotel”

Earthquake hit as soon as we arrived in Wellington and as a result the whole town shut down due to safety reasons. only a few pubs, cafes were open for the few days were we there. Their museum is great!

2 night stay”

i have stayed here before and worked really well for me , very central , and the room was perfect for me , with a balcony as well.

excellent room, best bed comfort I have had in any hotel around the world, good surprise at the equipment available in the kitchen. great heaters so found it lovely and warm!!

Convenient budget hotel, central location”

Central location (although Wellington is so tiny, it's easy to walk pretty much everywhere) is good, and so is the price but the hotel itself is pretty tired and worn out looking.

Average. Small 1 bedroom apartment. View is horrible, back of surrounding buildings, good if u want privacy I guess. Parking is too pricey $20 a night. Internet does not come free with room.. it was a good place to stay central in town but could be better.

Poor housekeeping ”

The first time we went a few mths ago in the single room was better. This time there was no housekeeping on the 2nd day. Apparently the staff were sick n they then got the housekeeping staff from the other Mercure hotel to come n do the cleaning. Also the fridge was not working well.

Perfect location at heart of Wellington downtown, just there’s no facility even car park, but still a worthy choice based their room rate.

Great value for money in central Wellington!”

We had a good stay here. Great value for money for this 2 bedroom apartment. There was some street noise in the early hours from some rowdy partyers but it wasn't too bad and I didn't notice it on the second night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The linen was nice. I would book again.

great location but small rooms”

good location in the centre of town but there is no air conditioner and the rooms were on the small size. the staff were certainly helpfull and the roooms and facilities were clean. one benefit of the room was the shower, it was big and i am a large person so it was a plus for me

I asked a few locals when I was looking for this hotel and I could not understand that nobody knew where the hotel is a bit disappointed on the local people’s knowledge
