Modern room, but...”
When we first entered the room, we found a strong smell of cigarette smoke.. After complaining to reception, they gave us an air purifier which made a difference. The bathroom floor was a bit dusty and had some hairs, but this was rectified on the next cleaning. Overall this is a good place, in a central location, but needs a bit more attention to details.

This hotel has been opened since June 2020 so they mainly had Vietnam domestic guests. More oversea tourists coming now. Clean and spacious room. It has microwave, cutlery and hobs also if you want to cook. My room is King Deluxe and it is very comfortable for the price. It has a small gym also with basic weights, bikes and treadmill. Location is at a small quiet street. Make sure you go to the correct address as stated. Not sure if they fix the Google map location yet. The staff is the highlight here, very friendly and go out of their ways to assist. However, if you have an early check out, please inform them in advance.

Địa chỉ của khách sạn là 24/ 10 phạm ngọc thạch nhé. Ngày thứ 2 lưu trú buổi sáng tôi đã yêu cầu dọn dẹp phòng kiểm tra nhà vệ sinh có mùi hôi thiếu sạch sẽ hãy dọn thật sạch dùm nhưng buổi chiều về thì phòng ốc ý nghĩa hiện trạng ban đầu, tôi hỏi nhân viên lễ tân buổi sáng? Em chỉ lưu tâm sự nhắc nhở nhà vệ sinh không sạch sẽ từ chị còn việc dọn dẹp khách sạn có quy định 2 ngày/1 lần thì hôm nay là tròn 2 ngày đó bạn, trên Agoda ghi chép dịch vụ dọn phòng mỗi ngày. Cô nhân viên dọn dẹp lên phòng tôi thấy họ lấy bột xà bông lẫn nước rửa chén để chùi bể phốt lẫn bàn đá đánh răng tôi đã yêu cầu cô ấy sử dụng hoá chất chuyên dụng nhưng bị phớt lờ sau khi yêu cầu đến 3 lần thì họ đổ thêm 1 dung dịch hoá chất trộn lẫn 3 thứ tạo thành 1 mùi kinh khủng khắp căn phòng tôi. Tôi đã yêu cầu 3 lần dừng lại việc sử dụng 1 chiếc khăn lau khô bể phốt sau đó thì lau bể đánh răng rửa mặt lẫn lấy khăn lau ấy chùi sàn nhà phòng vệ sinh. Tôi đã phải trò chuyện giải thích nhiều lời nói hoá chất sử dụng khách sạn đã cung cấp tại sao lại như vậy? Nhân viên đều phớt lờ toàn bộ lời tôi. Xuống gặp lễ tân trò chuyện: Nhân viên ở đây sử dụng hoá chất nước rửa chén lẫn xà bông giặt để lau chùi vệ sinh giờ mùi kinh khủng khắp phòng do 3 hoá chất trộn lẫn cho tôi mượn quạt để xua đuổi mùi khủng hoảng đang ngập phòng, họ nói khách sạn không có quạt. Bảo vệ có quạt tôi có thể mượn 5 phút không? Lễ tân nói quạt bảo vệ cầm từ quê lên để sử dụng nên không thể cho khách mượn năm phút được,cho tôi một tấm bìa cứng để tôi quạt sau đó thì họ đưa cho một miếng bìa giấy đóng thùng chiều dài chưa đến 2cm bé tẹo như cái nắm tay vậy thì quạt cái gì chứ tôi bảo rằng sao không đưa tấm bìa lớn chút, họ trả lời: bìa thùng giấy lớn không lấy được miếng này đủ rồi. Rồi câu chuyện đổi phòng tôi nói sang tôi không có nhu cầu đổi phòng còn lễ tân thì nhắc đi nhắc lại 3+4 lần em đổi phòng chị nhé. Tôi cũng phải trả lời đến từng đó lần tôi không có nhu cầu chuyển phòng, kết quả : Miếng bìa giấy lớn quạt mùi hoá chất b
