The Best Resort in Thailand ”
The hotel facility was perfect. Room condition was perfect. Great Location. Very clean and Nice swimming pool. A nice restaurant with a wonderful food and view. Just want to say it was so so perfect staying here. For the most, the staffs are so so kind and they are professional. (My son got a small accident, they did a great treatment there and they took us to the hospital immediately. I felt so glad I was staying in that hotel.) Just want to say again, It was the best hotel not only in Koh Samui, but in Thailand.

Staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious ! Now during covid-19period led hotel to be so peaceful, it is good for vacation when you need to take a break from work. Both interior and exterior are instagrammable. Moreover, the room is clean and swimming pool is big and beautiful. This fit with family with young children and couple. To sum up, this worth the value of money!

The hotel is very new and has great facilities for both adults and children. The pools were very nice, room was large, clean, comfortable. Breakfast had good variety. Location was great, nice beach area, quiet and rather private. Staff were very attentive. Very nice hotel.

This Hotel is very nice and the whole stuff extremly friendly. The Pool looks exactly like on the pictures and its directly at the beach. The beds are super comfortable. The only thing In my opinion is that the Breakfast could be with a little Bit more options but the rest ist very nice. Thanks so much to all the stuff

Awesome breakfast choice, great facilities (beautiful pool & beach with free SUP + kayaking & even have kids activities class which is very family friendly ) highly recommend pool access room + the level, we didn’t know what the level mean till we’re there. You get to access lounge with free afternoon tea + evening cocktail during your stay. Their light bites & canapé are awesome, menu changes daily ( don’t really need to worry about lunch) Most important of all, staffs are helpful and friendly. Really wish we can stay there longer. Will come back again!

Beautiful resort. Beautiful rooms and facilities. Super cool pools. Screaming kids, absolutely everywhere. 3 kids to 1 adult. They outnumber the adults. If you’re a family with children, come here. If you’re a couple looking for a getaway, avoid it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melia with our 2 yo. The pool is great, breakfast buffet of high quality and big and the staff very friendly. Only downsides was the very slow wifi and the pretty high prices for drinks and food (even for 5* hotels in thailand standards).
