Wifi was very shoddy in the bottom floor where my room but bed surprisingly comfortable. Good for quick stay and the price. Has to change rooms bc the a/c didnt work and lock on door to balcony was broken but the girls up front helped quickly.

Clean but worn and noisy”
Good: - Comfortable soft beds - Sheets were pristine white - Room was kept clean and had plenty of space /storage - Restaurant has nice food - Staff were friendly Bad: - Wifi is unusable. I couldn't connect in my room at all, and only managed to connect intermittently in the restaurant. - Room was quite run-down, with stains on the walls, peeling wallpaper, weak AC, and a leak in the bathroom. - Incredibly noisy. I paid extra for a deluxe seaview room, thinking it would be quieter as away from main road. But there's a small road running along the seaward side of the hotel that has mufflerless motorcycles racing up and down at night, especially on the weekend. There's also a children's playground opposite the hotel, so from 6am until 10pm you'll hear kids shouting and screaming. Plus, when a big ferry is in port, incredibly loud horns all night. The central area is SOOOO noisy - not the hotel's fault, but there's no soundproofing. Honestly: stay inland unless you're a heavy sleeper.

Good Hotel”
Clean, good location, near the city and restaurant. They have tour too, cheaper if you stay in this hotel. near the pink bridge and you can see a beautiful sunset if you choose sea view room. Worth it and value for money. simple breakfast.

WIFI didnt work, clogged bathroom”
WIFI didnt work at all, need to ask the staff 3 times and the second day i get the restaurant wifi and it worked. reported the clogged bathroom but they didnt do anything and said to wait for the water disappeared.

The room key deposit ”
They asked for 100,000 as room key deposit, when I checked out,I forgot this totally, and they didn’t remind me of it. So they own me 100,000. Bad!

Better place elsewhere”
Very bad WiFi... almost non existent at all. Noisy and expensive. There are cheaper hotel (uphill) with perfect sunset view of the harbour!!!

Nice helpful staff, close to the harbour if you’re going on a boat trip and a decent shower. Everything else is terrible. Dead cockroaches left in the room and what looked like poo stains on the towels, one with giant holes all through it. Wouldn’t trust breakfast either.

It's OK for the price offered for the superior room. But for most of the hotel in Labuan Bajo are fully booked anyway, so you might found the price more expensive than Bali for this kind of hotel quality. Does not have wi-fi and the breakfast option quite poor compare to other hotel with the same rate which located within walking distance. The staffs are helpful though.

Good mid range hotel”
The Rooms are well appointed and everything works. The restaurant has great views over the harbour. The only draw back is the restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol although most visitors in Flores do drink. It’s much better than the Gardena Hotel for the same price. And finally you get a little less ear bashing in the morning with the mosques due to the hotel location.

ok hotel just to catch a night's sleep”
Located behind the shop houses at the main road making it a convenient location, but nothing fancy beyond that, the main and balcony doors are very tight and difficult to open and close (some violence needed almost every time), and the staff doesn't come clean the room unless you tell them when you're leaving the hotel (which is impossible if you join one of the day tours to see komodo dragons departing before 6am, as the reception is closed)

El lugar es decente, cumple, ni una maravilla, pero está ok. Lo mejor es la ubucación, muy central y llegas caminando a todos lados. El baño con muy mala ventilación y mucho olor a humedad.

夜うるさいです”
このホテルの売りはレストランからの眺めです、これは文句なく素晴らしい、一日中ここで過ごしても文句を言われることは無いでしょうし何故か何時も空いてます。 ３階が入り口の道と同レベルで受付とレストランです、私は１階の崖側の部屋で眺望無し,上階の室外機からの水が垂れる最低のテラスと雨漏りした跡の残る部屋で、夜は深夜まで地下？のローカル向け飲み屋の音がうるさく、さらに２階客が廊下で２時過ぎまでデカい声で騒いでおり音に関して不愉快この上なかったです、WIFIもよく切れます。 ３階以上の階層を指定されることを強くお勧めしますが、屋上に大きな鳥小屋がありこちらは昼も夜も鳴き続けます・・・・・ これはこれでかなりうるさいと思われます。

確かに、レストランからの眺めはいいし、ホテルの外観もまあまあです。 しかし、シャワーのお湯は出ない、シャワー室の排水が流れず溢れる、トイレは水漏れでビショビショ。 クーラーの室外機が廊下に設置されていて音が煩いし、モスクからのコーランの音も安眠妨害です。 部屋の交換を求めても部屋が満杯でダメ。（さっき、予約無しの客を受け入れたのは何なのか！） マネージャを呼ぶも不在とのことで、全く管理されていないホテルです。 こんな酷いホテルに初めて泊まりました。
