FANTASTIC & AFFORDABLE ”

I did not expect much by paying less than RM100 for a night. But my experience with this hotel was great. Very clean & Spacious. The receptionist was also very friendly, I asked for a quiet room, then he explained to me they will try their best to arrange a good room because it is beside the main road so please expect will have some noise. No problem if you inform me in prior ! There is also a great reflexology centre right beside the hotel, you will enjoy your stay with MASS

Good enough for one night stay”

Room and toilet was clean. The bed a bit small though for double bed. Wifi slow but enough for scrolling social media. For work purpose not recommended. Lift was functional.

Worth the price”

It is quite hard to look for a comfortable hotel in Mentakab area. Glad to get a quite great staying experience in Mass Hotel. Although the cleanliness needs to be improved more especially the toilet... Btw the staff is friendly and definitely will back to here again

My table in my room was not properly clean and even had ants which kept popping up, plus my toilet had multiple roaches and hot water wasn't working.

Lizard dropping”

This is good hotel in Mentakab but owner need to pay more attention on lizards dropping as it is everwhere. I spotted it at toilet wall and room curtain . I m very particular about this and usually each new place I go my eyes will see at edge side first.
