Only few staff knows how to speak English. ”
The location was great. We just walked from the hotel to the Ben Than Market. However, some of their staff doesn't know how to speak English. We have to look for someone who can speak English. Facilities were okay. The room is big enough but you can feel the spring of the bed and its squeaky every time you move.

Great value for money”
First night was moved to a nearby hotel due to their booking error, it was frustrating but was able to check in early the next day. Apart from that, everything was good, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly, especially Tram/Jane who's always smiling and ready to help. I'd definitely go back there next time.

Location wise is good. Near to Ben Thanh market by walking. Staffs are friendly. Rooms is spacious with queen bed. Except only got 1 bathroom for family executive room. Breakfast not much choices but overall was good.

Value For Money, Friendly Staff”
We stayed here for 10nights. The cleaness was up to a budget hotel standard. Breakfast not much variety as everyday were the same. On the 4th day onwards, they move the breaksfast to the lobby where they partition off the area. The smell of the fried eggs abit unaccepted. Small swiming pool on roof top. The restaurant at roof top cooks delicious foods. Walking distance to convenient store. Overall is ok. Good experience !!

Not recommended, Hotel in need of Restoration. ”
We were a group of 4 guys and the first impression was a humid family room with mold on the walls. Switched immediately to another room, just one floor down. Room also quite humid, Air Condition not really working, more like a Fan. Water on the other side of Air Con dripping on the bathroom floor, which also attracted bugs(met up with one Cockroach one night) The Staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't really a great variety and more just thrown on trays, the staff was already preparing the few tables for lunch and therefore moved hotel guests while seated. No-Go! All in all the stay was just okay, for that price we didn't expect too much, but a bit more. Location great! Pool okay-small!

Coulda been worse”
Beds are rock hard, so if you lie soft beds I wouldn't reccomend this place. The pool looked so murky I didn't go in it. We were only there for a night and I wasn't too impressed with the bathroom so I waited untill the next place to shower. Staff were nice, after reading other reviews about money being stolen we didn't experience that but beware, the place just has an odd vibe to it. They take your passport and store it on arrival which i felt uncomfortable about, breakfast was alright, wifi didn't work on our floor but I think it only works in the lobby. All in all you get what you pay for I guess.

Old & weird hotel”
Good things: location Bad things: There is only 1 switch in the room, so hard to find and use. The furnitures were old and need to be renew, the bed and sheet was not dry. It made I feel so uncomfortable when sleeping. The breakfast was not good. Breakfast was carelessly preprared. The tables and sheets in the restaurant look like they were not changed or wahsed for around 10 years. Nothing to recommend but the location.

Our stay here was ok. Nothing really memorable, just a place to sleep for a night. Pool was ok, the restaurant was open but since nobody was working, we went elsewhere. The staff we're ok — helpful but no more that might be expected. Room was an odd layout, beds were ok. If you stay here with kids, be aware that the windows on the top floors can be completely opened — a little dangerous and something you never see in North America.

Wouldn't recommend it”
The hotel is old and in very poor conditions. Carpets, chairs at the floor are dirty and disgusting. The bed and mattress was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. Dirty very old towels in the bathroom. Shower is an old plastic cabin which is to small for average foreigners. The pool was in very bad condition. The step was fallen apart and caused real safety issues. Breakfast lousy and BF area located at the main lobby. It gives you a feeling as you take fast food at a train station. Never again

Staffs were not friendly and not helpful. We asked them if they could call us a taxi, the receptionist said we should go outside and ask the security, and we did. Then the security said we must go back inside and ask the receptionist !? Towels in the bathroom were dirty with some dirty stains on it. Gross! In the morning the people who did laundry were very loudly talking, I saw they put the bed sheets and towels on the floor. And they didn't very friendly speaking to us when we asked for the pool.
