they put price on Agoda for the smallest room but show that we can also get master bedroom with this price. but when we reach there, they will claim no, it's impossible to give this room wth this price, and said that they already asked agoda to change but nothing can be done. This happen not only to me but many previous customers as well. they will and can give you the small room, but with this room, the other hotels gave better price than here. avoid this place at all cost

The Worst Experience Ever!!!!”
I booked deluxe room with sea vie, but when I arrived for check in, hotel receptionist told me that the room that they will gave us is Superior room. By simply saying that their deluxe room is not for sale in Agoda - Red Doorz. I had to make a phone call to Red Doorz customer services since the hotel staff keep saying the price we paid is for superiorwhere else in Agoda, is it clearly stated Deluxe Room with sea view!!! Where is the glitch here???? Agoda??? Red Doorz??? This hotel???? Anyways, we have to pay additional IDR 2,500,000 to get into Deluxe room, taking into account that already make partial payment to the earlier booking that they (hotel) said it was meant for superior room. Agoda an esteem & trusted internationally, I really hope you to look into this seriously. So the next customer walk in into this hotel will not have the same experience like us. and eventually will tarnish Agoda reputation and branding.

I ordered via agoda aplication. Unfortumately, receptionist said that i dont have order to their system. After i have long argue, they asked me to show my payment receipt. I showed, then they said my order was not match with their own system. They said that Reddoorz not recognized well about their system. I said, that wasn't my bussiness. I have order and after long time, they gave me different room. Because i was tired, no argue anymore. I hope agoda and reddoors will solve the prize problem

Eh pas chec’in dikasih tipe kamar superior, pas di tnyak suruh hubungi lg pihak dari agoda dan reedoorz pas di hubungi saling lempar jawaban tanpa kepastian gada solusi alhasil tetep dikasih kamar superior padahal yg di boking dan bukti boking pun kamar tipe deluxe, bukan sy aja kok cstmr yg ngalamin gini krna kmrn pas check’in ada juga tamu lain yg senasib sy.

Tidak direkomendasikan untuk siapapu menginap di sini. Saya pesan 3 tipe kamar, reddoors, family dan deluxe dgn tambahan bed tentunya harga juga bervariasi dan deluxe dgn harga yg paling mahal. Tapi sampe di tempat di kasi tipe reddoors semua komplen sana sini dri agoda lempar ke reddoors trus di lempar ke hotel dan akhir nya kamar family di ganti dgn 2 kamar reddoors... Tapi yg deluxe hanya diganti dengan 1 kamar reddoors. Air juga sering mati dan susah utk mandi dan shalat. Blom lagi kamar yg saya tempati air ac nya bocor.... Dan air dari kamar mndi bocor jadi kamar nya banjir... Staf2 nya tidak ramah dan tidak memberikan pelayanan yg terbaik.... Saya sampai di properti jam 11 baru bisa masuk jam 14.30 karna kamar yg tidak sesuai... Dan saya hanya mendapatkan pergantian 100 rbu utk kamar deluxe... Sarapan nya juga hanya mie hun goreng, nasi pake kecap, dan telur dadar.. Buat yg mau nginap di sini sebaiknya jangan di coba nnti pasti menyesal 😠😠😠

Saya & teman2 yg menginap disini dibuat kesal oleh pelayanan dihotel ini, Kami menginap 2 malam & pada hari terakhir Kami menginap, breakfast yg sudah include dalam pesanan tdk disediakan, restonya tutup. Dan yang “gila”nya ketika Kami menanyakan hal tsb petugas dgn gampangnya menjawab “TIDAK ADA YG MASAK”. Ya Tuhan, jawaban macam apa ini!!! Sungguh MENJENGKELKAN mendengarnya.
