Although there are much better hotels along the beach. This place is worth the money, view , service and good food! Very close to harbour and great pool with a beach view.

Exceptional Staff”

Awesome staff, specially Eva and Lesya. They always have a warm smile and make you feel good. Nice chatting to both of you sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. Really good location, no need to hire the Cart service; walking distance from the port and all the nightlife. Will definitely staying again on my return in few months. Brand new hotel close to everything.

Great location by the night market”

Great lagoon views from the pool! The hotel is a little pricey and would be nice if breakfast was included. Had no issues and we all had a great stay! The rooms are modern and clean.

We stayed here for a short trip to Gili and found it an excellent location where all the restaurants and bars were. 5 min walk from the Port so you can simply carry your luggage when you get off the boat without breaking too much of a sweat. The rooms were nice and luxurious inside and had a surf feel to it. Peace and quiet too, no interruptions with outside noise. Infinity style pool at the front allowed you to look over the street and foreshore but there wasn't too much space to lie down and sunbake. Staff were very friendly and would always assist with our enquires. Hotel didn't have complimentary bicycle hire but across the road there's a few options to hire for bout 30-40k rupiah for the day.

Location is excellent- right on the main strip with loads of bars and restaurants, and a 3/4 min walk from where the ferry drops you. Would recommend walking south for best places. It's a modern hotel, so the room and the restaurant look great. The photos sell the place, but I wouldn't be fooled. Wifi didn't work in the room- I went to Blue Marlin next door to get their password, as this stretched to our room, when not even our own hotel's wifi did. The breakfast was terrible- buffet style but low quality. The pool is next to the restaurant, and doesn't have any beanbags or sun loungers. When asking staff about this, they cited 'covid' as the reason- pretty unsatisfactory when it's in the photos. Some of the staff would stare as you walked past which was uncomfortable, and a lot of them were constantly standing around. The reception staff were good and actually arranged for our clothes to be picked up by a laundry service. This was great. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here, with the sheer amount of places on the island.

Room’s window faced a very dodge narrow path therefore no ventilation at all and no day light was coming through neither. It felt pretty dark having the lights off. No bin for the room was provided neither, we didn’t know where to put the rubbish. Room did feel like average European style, nothing special to be in Bali Infinity pool was disappointing, layout is a bit weird which made hard to enjoy Overall a bit overpriced considering we paid for £40 a night

Exceptional”

New hotel, with good facilities everything was new and clean the downside was we knew the hotel is still getting build and we have asked them to make sure we are away from the constructions and they have noted this... and they put us literally under the constructions area... not very happy. But location and everything else was good.

central location”

Still had parts under construction but that didn't bother us. The pool was nice but in shade for most of the afternoon. They could put some towels near the pool - or perhaps we didn't see them. the staff were friendly and flexible as we had an early scuba dive and arrived back to the hotel just after breakfast and they were happy to still make us breakfast. Rooms are nice but small

Room was clean, we were in a room underneath reception and the hallway constantly smelt like a dirty bathroom. Pool was super cold. Restaurant needs more variety than malay style food. Bar staff A+ on service.

Awesome stay”

Service are definitely great. Helpful and friendly staffs. Great food serve at the restaurant. Room are new and fresh. The only cons will be the shower area are missing vadilation.

Stay away from this hotel”

Hotel was opened sometime in February 2018, and it was hit by earthquake in August 2018. The room available is on the basement floor as other floors is badly damaged by earthquake. I wonder the room in the basement is safe. Everytime the hair dryer or the water kettle is turn on . the electricity drop and blackout happen. According to the housekerping, the capacity of the MCB of the room is only 1300 kW. ,with the Air con , lighting n hair dryer on, the MCB can not take it. Worst, the breakfast is not buffet. it portion according to type of order. additional drink and food are charged extra. first day breakfast, I was not charged extra and the team of waitress and the staff by the bar was nice. second day breakfast , when I requested fried rice and scramble eggs. I was told I can only have either one. the team of people serving are young tugs.I requested to meet the hotel manager and it seems the hotel don't have hotel manager and hotel duty manager. it seems the hotel is being run by young tugs who don't seem to have any knowledge with hospitality industry. each area such as FnB, housekeeping, n other Dept are run independently with no manager controlling them. first night I can not have a good night sleep as next door neighbor is bar having a Party.

The hotel isn’t finished and smells of sewage ”

The hotel isn’t finshes for a start... we are a couple travelling with 6 friends.. we all had to move rooms at least twice. The whole bottom floor stinks of sewage. There also isn’t enough power in the rooms so drying your hair is impossible without a complete power cut. I really wish we booked another hotel... not at all worth the money we paid for this! Go else where!
