Great value”
Great value for the price — clean spacious room with comfortable bed and private bathroom. You don’t hear the mosque that much in the morning (which is rare in Labuan Bajo). Perfect location on the main road.

Cute little place”
Cute little place. Nice balcony with average view but really nice to chill there and enjoy the sun. Comfy bed. Western bathroom with shower. Mosquito net. Kettle. Balcony with a view. Friendly staff. Only downside was when we arrive no one was at the reception and we had to wait an hour for someone to arrive and check us in. It was Christmas Day tho, no one should work that day and I totally understand that they rather be home with their family than sit and wait at reception all day. After I called them staff was on their way. Good stay!

Very close to everything in LBJ”
Great location near lots of restaurants and dive shops, though a bit hard to find at first. Take the little road up on the left after Warung Mama. Rooms are comfortable and clean and staff were always on hand to help out. Overall, nice stay for a few days in LBJ.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff nice and helpful and the location good. Sadly a early check in was not possible so we had to wait in a cafe for check in. We were able to keep luggage there while we were on a Komodo trip.

Good for a budget traveller”
A bit rough around the edges. No hot water. The nearby mosque has a loudspeaker call to prayer at 4:30 am. Very close to the main street without the noise and dust from traffic. Nice staff.

Disappointing”
We did not have wifi for most our stay. After repeated requests, they finally got it working, but not on one of our devices. The people next to us got robbed during the night, which we found very disconcerting. Lights worked 50% of the time. Staff was very incompetent. Best not to get the premium rooms because there is no wifi there.

we were planning on staying 3 days but left after 2. Place is infested with ants, toilet didnt flush, bathroom was full of water when we arrived, bed is creaky. (if someone moves its verly loud). when we asked for another room they ignored it. This is coming from a couple that has travelled for many years in Asia so we are aware of the standards but this was really gross.

Best value in labuan bajo ”
We stayed 2 days before going to komodo with fan and decided to come back to it 2 days after with aircon. The best is very clean and quiet. The staff will help you if you need anything

Cheap price for perfect location and nice room”
You get all you need, mosquito net, comfy bed, quite spacious room and ok bathroom. Shower could be better. Location is very central and we think its the best deal in Flores of you are on a budget.

Très bon hôtel ”
La chambre était très propre et grande. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et souriant. Belle vue sur la baie de Labuan Bajo. L'hôtel propose aussi des excursions à l'île de Komodo et le patron de l'hôtel vous accompagne jusqu'à l'embarcadère.
