Natures Best ”

Beautiful Place for Relaxation, Meditation, Soul Searching and even for spending a quality time and weekend date here in Malagos. Everyone is very helpful, courteous, happy and nice vibe. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a smile and the manager is very helpful and she also see always checks the guest whenever she sees them. The entire area is beautiful and i really love being surrounded with nature, you can hear the birds, lots of big koi on the pond too. The room i got is the deluxeroom with a nice river view, very quite place and you will sleep good, except if ur neighbor is noisy as the wall is not soundproof and you can hear them , but not a problem at all they stopped before i fell asleep. The Dinner food are great..Big serving and flavourful. i love that ribs, its huge! The breakfast buffet they serve have some choices like rice meat break fruits and egg. Its filling!!! The Malagos Chocolate factory is a bomb!! Ohh i felt like im a kid that time im making my own chocolate.. Taste Really good. The welcome drink is awesome.Oh i love that drink they served. They have bird show too...dont skip its really worth it One night is not enough. If ill be visiting Davao again.Ill make it 2nights.I didnt see all attractions yet. Thanks for the Best Customer Service and one of the Best Experience in Davao.. Highly Recommended!!

Good stay with some needed improvements”

Just need some fixing on room amenities. Heater was not working, shower and bidet were moldy. We requested for 1 bed, but what we had were 2 beds put into one. But it was still a fairly good stay, because food was great, and the staff were all very courteous and accommodating.

We went there for my birthday, and it was amazing! The food is REALLY GOOD and the staff are all very attentive and accomodating. So much fun activities and we loved going to their museums too. It was worth the money and time!! 11/10 would recommend!

They have the best customer service. All staff are very polite and attentive, from managers, front desk and service crew. Thumbs up. The room is also clean and I really like the nature vibe of the place.

+everything was smooth from check in to check out +Front desk staff are very accommodating and proactive in giving assistance +Shuttle service is available, though in a place like this you'd prefer to walk to enjoy the fresh air and appreciate the sorrounding. +Food at the Koi cafe is great--huge serving size! Well located near the villas. Staff are quick to assist as well +Attractions are a must see +Chocolate spa was very relaxing +Rooms are old but clean and well maintained. No funky smell. +Strong wifi connection -the water bottles provided in the rooms are tightly closed, but we were able to request for a pitcher from Koi cafe -view deck cafe service sucks! Staff move too slow and go missing when you need them. Too many flies ugh!!! Limited food option Overall, it's a 9/10 coz we weren't happy with our experience at the viewdeck cafe

The best unplanned family staycation”

We were supposed to just sleep at the resort for a night before heading home to Cotabato, so we just booked the accomodation without availing their amenities. We booked two different type of rooms considering our numbers including the kids. We were not aware of the distance between them, so they gave us free room upgrade for us to stay in adjacent rooms. Since we did not avail their amenities, we were supposed to go home in the morning, but the manager told us that we were given free access to all of their amenities, complement of the resort. So we end up touring the whole resort before heading home. Kids loved the pool, the bird show, the koi pond, the playground, the science park everything. You'll know how good a place is when the kids start to put down their phones and start exploring. The staffs we very accomodating specially their manager who welcomed us and tend our concerns all through out our stay. Good food, beautiful place, friendly staffs. One of the best kept gems of Davao City.

Best Birthday Weekend ”

We had the best birthday celebration. The food was really great. Had buffet for breakfast and lunch. We also had fun doing all the activities that the resort offers.

Overnight in Malagos”

Room and food were all excellent. Facilities were great, except tht the spa closes early and were kinda under staffed, maybe. Front desk was accomodating. Only thing, guards need to be more polite and trained. They were kinda rude by telling our other group family to move away from the front desk while I and my husband was doing the listing required and docs to finish. Restaurant inside were we had dinner, servers and Manager were very attentive and accomodating. Hoping that the guards inside the property especially those assigned at the entrance can be more courteous.

honest rev-Needs to improve cleanliness”

CR near the pool was quite smelly. Many insects near the pool.Pool staff is not attentive and it takes too long before they attend to your request. Food is fine but many flies around the buffet area specifically at Koi's cafe. utensils(cup) has food residues(not properly washed).totally disappointed.hope they improve the cleanliness next time
