Best hospitality! ”
My partner and I booked this hotel through Agoda at about 13:30 on a Tuesday, and were able to check-in with no issues the same day at 15:30. The room is clean, spacious, and has a great view of the mountains. It is also located by two major grocers and several restaurants. When it was time for us to check out, Meawnana, who works at the front desk, helped us arrange a taxi service, and even got us a discount (1000 THB to 900 THB). A day later, after staying at a different place in Sai Yok, we took the same taxi. My partner left his phone in it, and our only way of tracing back to our driver was by calling Meawnana at Makan Resort and asking her to contact him for us. She did, and even brought it to us personally, with her own car, 3 miles from the resort. We tried to give her some money for her troubles, but she declined. Her generosity and willingness to help saved our trip. It was apparent that she was truly looking to help us, and we are so thankful for that. I highly recommend staying here both for the quality of the resort and the incredible staff!

Staff all friendly and helpful for everything. We enjoy our 2 stays including their breaskfast (THB 100/person). The location is pretty good because just walk 2 and 10 mins you can reach 2 big supermarkets. One is Big C, the famous products price for tourist such as snacks almost cheaper than Bangkok.

We had booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Asked for 1 extra bed. And we had discovered 2 twins beds. We had to sleep all 3 in the same bed. Because the staff told us that we had to pay more for one more bed. And on the booking the breakfasts were included but once in the hotel we had to pay more for the breakfasts. It is not very honest and fair.... But the hotel is very clean.
