I dont like the room, So dark and many mosquitoes but cannot expect much with the price i guess. Good for tourist. Location not bad, near to Maju Junction, Pertama Complex and Sogo. Thumbs up to the day staff, very friendly and helpful unlike the night staff, hardly smile to customer.

We didn't like the smell of the hotel particularly at the lobby, maybe somebody was smoking. I booked for twin bed room, we planned to do sharing since we were three, but we are asked to pay additional payment for that. But despite that, staying there was just fine, its at the city center, almost in front of a bus stop, and the female receptionist was too helpful and accommodating.

Good location, poor conditions”
Hotel room got bad smell. Dirty towel. Cheap pillows. Sockets are not in easy way to be used. No toiletries. My friends and I spent our first day of new year here. I parked my car nearby hotel with RM5. Good location, just 5 mintutes walk to Medan Tuanku Monorail Station.

Please change the television because its too small and blurry. Please provide 2 towels instead of 1 towel so that i dont have to share and wait my turn to use it with mu husband.

NEVER EVER again”
It's totally different from the photos shown in your website when I did the booking. Just imagine, 6 nights without housekeeping. First night, the room with only a light on, but can't change room as it's full. Second night, changed room but the bathroom light not working. Luckily, the staff was able to change the bulb. + there's mosquito in the room ! If can get refund, would have checked out immediately. p.s. ~ provide email address for photos

The aircond and toilet room”
The aircond room was not function properly and leaking. Moreover,the toilet space also not comfortable and too small.many mosquito inside the room and too smelly.they did not provide towel and did not exchange it everytime we have used it.no cleaner to set up the room and come to collect the rubbish.

Very Bad Hotel”
Rude staff, maybe Nepal or Bangladesh. No syilling at the bathroom. Lantai bilik terkopak. Wallpaper pada dinding bilik koyak. And that room only have a yellow bulb. This is the worst hotel i have ever stay while in KL. Please don't come to this hotel.

We have to change rooms twise due to maintenance problem, such as the tap was too hot and the air-conditioner is out of gas. I want a refund since the hotel give me 50% discount because of this insidents.

Very bad service , bad reception , very bad bed condition , poor maintanance , poor lighting , only 1 light can on, very very very bad toilet condition one of the ceiling uprooted look like ghost bathroom ,tv not function , water heater not function , shower leaking , switch for aircondition panel in bad condition maybe you can get electrical shock if you hand wet .. poor housekeeping .. never stay in here , very bad ok very very bad , twice
