With the modern clean spacious room, good service, friendly staff, great location and high-quality facilities, Madison Albar Hotels is an excellent hotel. The interior design of the hotel is really distinctive. The decorations and toiletries of the room are elegant. In particular, it provides a capsule coffee machine in the room, we can have a cup of coffee whenever needed. It is obviously that the hotel manager is extremely considerate. I find the hotel a true home from home. The hotel is near to the metro about 3-minute walk away. Thanks to the great location, we can also walk to Galeries Lafeytte and Printemps department store about only 10 minutes. Furthermore, there are supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy nearby. The hotel certainly has perfect life function. As a consequence, I recommend staying at Madison Albar Hotels Le Diamond undoubtedly.

Great location and good service”

We were last minute booking for this hotel. When we checkin at the hotel, the receptionist told us there was system error and no room available for us. Therefore, we are transferred to Best Western Secret Champs Elysee Hotel. The receptionist reserved a taxi for us for this transit and the hotel paid the taxi fee. Good arrangement and the whole process didn't take us long time. We will recommend Best Western hotels to travellers to Paris.

Hotel deserves its positive rating on Agoda. Good location, friendly hotel, reasonably priced breakfast, well refurbished hotel, good amenities, good room size for Paris. Might have been lucky on value for money since I stayed during the low season. Way above 4* hotels you can find in Paris. Encouraging to see there are players in this industry who are catching up.

Great location, nice hotel”

The hotel is extremely convenient, and most of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the exception being a member of the breakfast service who snapped at us to be patient when we were trying to ask if we could sit at a different table. The rooms looked great and were exactly as presented, some of the stuff in the rooms were not always cleaned and replaced, but that's possibly our fault as we frequently had the excellent timing to leave or come back as the staff were dealing with our room. Overall a really good stay and great value for money.

Good location and pleasant stay”

Located conveniently close to st lazare station the hotel has that feeling of boutique hotel with quite pleasant interior design (my room had mirros on the ceiling too :D ) and quite comfy too. Friendly staff, smooth check in/out with a little unpleasant misunderstanding on a room ordered breakfast so do clarify prices in case you order. All in all a good solution to keep base visiting paris

A very pleasant stay ”

Our room was upgraded to deluxe room which I found is huge for Paris standard and room is very clean and modern even come with Japanese closet system which we really enjoyed and there's even a nespresso machine in the room. Location wise is pretty good, short walks away to printemps/galleries Lafayette and buses and metro is just around the corner. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Worth the money”

99% of stuffs were incredible! Friendly and helpful. There was a big subway station just 1 min walk distance. Only thing I disliked about this hotel was the usb wall charger and WiFi in my room were not working. Overall recommend!

Terrible experience ”

First of all I’ve to say the location is excellent with subway stations and lots of stores around. The decoration of lobby is elegant as well. However, the services were not satisfying at all. The reception pre-check us in with a certain room. And when we come back later they told us the room was given to someone else. We had either moved to the lowest floor or a smaller room. If there is no certainty in the room that we are going to stay, there is no point to assign anyone a room before they can actually check in. The room was quiet and comfortable except that I cannot take a shower without getting the entire bathroom wet because there is no any sort of curtain. A single bottle of water was provided only at the beginning of our three-night stay which also seems weird to me. New shower gel was not provided on the second night either. I’m not sure if all hotels in Paris are like this but I did have a higher expectation for yours. Would not come back again.

Prefect location , modern room ”

Nice hotel , modern clean spacious room , with bathtub and separate toilet , room is big enough ! And with window is a plus too . Great location which is train station just beside of the hotel . Many restaurant around , and it just located inside the shopping district . Everything was nice , will definitely come back again

Good Central Location ”

Took 2 rooms with 1 room upgraded which is newly renovated with small balcony & rail station view. It is a boutique hotel. Convenient since location is just next to rail & metro station. Despite the closeness to station, it was quiet & had good night sleep. Bed was comfortable. Shopping centre inside rail station. Metro full of pick pockets especially during peak hrs & Saturday. Walking distance to many small shops & eateries. Staff were attentive & helpful. Juan was helpful to lookout of his lobby when we cash out of ATM at night for supper after ran out of cash due to pick pocket incident. Despite the terrible experience of being pick pocketed, what Paris & Best Western Premium Opera has to offer has somewhat soothe our painful experience.

Very nice hotel with great location”

This boutique hotel is located in Opera which is near to Galeries Lafeytte and Printemps department store You can take Roissy bus from airport. However Roissy bus stop is not close to this hotel. It takes 15-20 minutes by walking which can be difficult for travelers with luggages. So I recommend taking bus from Roissy bus stop to this hotel. This hotel is clean nice and comfortable. Staff was really kind too.

Exceptional”

We stayed in a junior suite for one night and the room was big and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely designed. It even has one of those Japanese toilet😆. The hotel was located next to the Gare de Lazarre station which was one of the major subway stations. It was also close to Lafayette and other shopping streets.

I was there with a girlfriend. We both loved their theme. The staff is helpful and professional. The perfect location to maneuver through Paris.

Luxury hotel, but not that friendly for todlers.”

The hotel is great and very well located. But, the facilities are more targeted to couples celebrating special occasions. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Better than I expected”

I just slept there one night and didn’t go out of the hotel apart for the saint lazare train station the next morning. It was really just around the corner which was great. Big room, efficient, helpful and responsive staff. Breakfast and room service options for vegans could be improved though. The buffet was small but of good quality it seemed. I didn’t know this brand of hotel so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a good surprise.

I swear it’s the worst 5 star hotel I had in my life the room is very small the bad beside the door I can’t believe it’s 5 star hotel and also we have to walk 20 minutes if you wanna go to champs elysees so I don’t recommend any one he will go to champs elysees ever day and the price per night almost 300$ without a breakfast I asked for A/C they said no we still in the winter 😭 so you can take 4 star hotel and very close to champs elysees and adooda they didn’t change you for tax city so but in your mind You will pay in the hotel after check out
