We came in with no towel provided, door locks broken, clogged sink, no cable and owner promised to load the prepaid cable but did not come back to us. No one came to visit us until we called. The beds are uncomfortable to sleep by because they are broken too. The

We were not checked in right away because there was misunderstanding between the staff and the person I was talking to on the phone. We had to wait a while before their issue was resolved. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned. There was no trash bags in the trash cans. The sink of both bathrooms is clogged. I had to request for toilet paper. The aircon in the master bedroom is not cooling enough. The staff don’t answer the calls. You have to call many times before they pick up. There is no response if you email them.

- Stinky Smell - Broken beds - Living Room Aircon is not working - Pillows are all old and with bad smell - Television is not working (no cable) - Microwave oven is filthy - Bathroom at the second floor is leaking down to the living room - They will give you a wrong rooms upon check in, not as advertised - Rude caretakers, nobody will care for you nor will attend to your concerns - They allow super loud guests at other units even until midnight So please, if you want to enjoy Davao, do not stay in this accommodation!

Nice apartments in a gated compound. Clean. Incomplete eating utencils, so bring plastic cups, spoon n fork, paper plates na lang. 1 toilet wd heater only, the other bathroom no more heater. TV/ digibox not working. Caretakers are hard to find and dificult to contact. Check out on time!!! coz caretakers/host so strict on that. Medyo hirap pakiusapan for a little extension of time. Only 2 towels are provided, so bring ur own if u r group. Amenities and facilities were not yet complete, like towels, toiletries, trashcans, wifi password, when we arrived at the apartment, we checked in 6pm already. Need pa tumawag to aware them , at ang tagal magrespond. They were busy wd other guests. Overall i can give it 4 stars out of 5. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
